RecommendedI bought my used VWJetta in 2014. I’ve only ever taken it to Bud Brown for service. They never overpromise and they’re very good about letting you know what’s going on. I’ve never shown up and had extra things attached to my bill. They have never tried to talk me into unnecessary things and I completely appreciate that. They’ve always been very nice and upfront and as helpful as they could possibly be.

RecommendedTom at Bud Brown was extremely helpful. Our Eos broke down on a Friday late afternoon. We are not from the Kansas City area and so just picked a Dealership randomly. Even tho it was late in the day Tom was extremely helpful in making arrangements for having our car towed to them. We were in town for a family wedding so we were able to go ahead with all the festivities. The repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time and we were very pleased.

Buying a 2021 Tiguan with a lifetime powertrain warranty was seriously one of the best decisions we have made. We had some motor issues with the vehicle due to some of the parts being outsourced over the pandemic. They had some faulty heads.
