The two men measured for underground drain. I felt that the project manager that came out tried to push me into services and materials that I was not interested in. We have an oil tank that we wanted to make sure did not leak, and that we were going to take care of those issues. Due to the heavy snowfall of this past winter, we had some potential leakage issues. It went Very smoothly and they left the sight very clean. Remediated mold, tore out all organic walls, encapsulated crawl spaces, installed dehumidifier sand drainage throughout a 1500sf basement.

I had the guy to come by and check some pump. They checked to find that it was functioning properly. I was a little put off by the pressure on the phone. It wasn't a completely satisfactory exchange that I don't know whether I'll go back to them. The charges were exactly what Angie's listed and that is what caught my eye. My mother is 92 years old so I negotiated the transaction and told the sales person I wanted to be present when the work was performed to deal with any issues that might arise. Budget Dry installed basement system for my front part of the basement. During the installation I realized the water discharge was on the yard, 20 feet short to the street and it?s not what we agreed. It was from my understanding the water discharge should reach the street. So that it won?t cause any problem to my neighbor or my yard. So, I called Marc of Budget Dry to clarify the issue. unknown WE had to canvel our contract because of house problems that had to be handled immediately. This caused a financial bind and asked Budget to cancel our contract. Realize they were within their rights to demand a 30% cancellation fee however, sharing a bit more of our down payment would have been much nicer customer service. Their house failed an inspection and the perspective buyer canceled the transaction. There were numerous issues on the inspection report.
