A representative came and gave us an estimate. We had gotten two others. Decided to go with them due to price and guarantee. Came and worked on the cracks. Had to come one more time because of an unusual circumstance on one crack, and came without any problems. Everyone was very personable. I was comfortable having them in my home. Sealed up some cracks in the foundation of our basement in order to prevent leaks.
Great service appointment. Very thorough explanations. Booked them based on professionalism and other reviews found on here. Picked a date, and they came and did the work. On time, and professional. The only issues we had were the sump pump drain points. The place they told me they were going to put it wouldn't work when the crew saw it. Same as above.......nothing was done so there is nothing more to recount. He came and told me he did not think it was the foundation that was the problem - perhaps the gutters. He was the only one who said that and he turned out to be correct - except it was a leaky pipe indoors that was repaired by a plumber, not the gutters. Very honest as opposed to the others.
They did everything they said they were going to do. They were in and out. I never had a problem after. They did a good job. Their price was competitive. I used Budget Dry Waterproofing for basement waterproofing. There was a crack in the foundation and he did waterproofing.
It was great. Only took one day excluding the time it took for the cement to set. Crew was very nice, careful, clean. Waterproofed the basement - installed internal drains, sump pump, and pipes.
We are please with the results. We haven't had any water in the basement since installation and the sump pump is constantly working. The price was the best of all competitors. After initially telling us that we'd have to wait until November for the installation, I said that I would only sign up if we could get it done in the next few weeks. Our sales rep got back to us immediately and made the deal happen. We used budget dry to install an internal french drain in our basement.
Workers arrived on time, and finished on time, did a good job cleaning up both inside the house and outside, where they installed a drainage pipe. The only complaint I might have, if I could even call it that, is that no one from the company called after the job was completed to ask if everything was OK- I was just a little surprised at that.
