Was promised a certain job that was not done. Was forced to pay additional amount to complete job. Left without letting me inspect and left pieces of concrete and dust all over the house Drains in the foundation to prevent water in the basement

Budget Dry incorrectly assessed the cause of water in my basement, identifying it as due to exterior water recommended a $9,257.50 interior French drain system be installed, required a $3.086 deposit several months before they could schedule work. During that time the actual cause was identified: a major interior plumbing leak. This could have been found by any reasonable inspection of visible exposed pipes. Good job done BudgetDry removed all the rubbish from my damp crawl space, then installed their Crawl Shield water proof liner, industrial de-humidifier and condensate pump. We've notice a big difference in the humidity in the house along with eliminating the musty smell.

This is a follow up to my original review. After my review was posted I was contacted by the head of the company. I explained my concerns and he seemed to understand them. unknown Salesman was poor. In a big hurry to leave. Did not like the proposed |remediation proposal. It would mask the problem, not correct it.
