I came home tonight with a red tag on my door asking me to call to reschedule an appointment for a home and safety inspection. To reschedule an appointment I would have first needed to schedule an initial appointment. This company appears to prey on new home owners. When I called the agent who left there red tag on my door they commented that they should of let me know they were stopping by at my closing for my new home.
