We had a bad experience with Bulldog Security Services. We moved into a new home and we were going to transfer our old system to our new home. We had a representative from Bulldog Security Services come knock on our door. We explained we were using Protecion1 Security. He stated they were part of ADT and we could transfer our services. We repeatedly asked if they are certain they could get us out of our Protection1 contract, each time the answer was yes. He even called his "boss" to verify. We had the system installed... read more

Do not let their people into your home. Their consultation is a disguise for nothing more than a very aggressive sales pitch. The pricing isn't better than what you can get online or from another ADT vendor.

In no uncertain terms should anyone do business with Bulldog Security. They have consistently failed to provide me a working system for 3 weeks during a period where I have had 9 different appointment. They have rescheduled or missed 6 appointments, 2 of them being no call, no show instances. No manager or someone with the authority to compensate me for the lack of service and material wasted time has EVER called me. Any company that sends two goons to the door to sell overpriced equipment and lies on the DAY a person moves in is not trustworthy. We had just said bye to the moving truck and these fools come in. I canceled the NEXT morning after I had a good night's sleep to think about it. A month later I am charged for services!!!! I canceled BEFORE the 3 day grace period. So now they are "taking" care of it. Come get this crap out of my damn house!!

Not trustworthy, not honest, not upfront. Additionally, they're not very knowledgeable on their product. I am not going into all the details about my experience with this company but I can tell you that I would not recommend them to my enemies much less my friends. If I had it to do over again I would personally use Nest and a close second would be Vivint. I recommend you check those two companies out.

I am not going into all the details about my experience with this company but I can tell you that I would not recommend them to my enemies much less my friends.
