As a short version of all the details below, I was lied to by a sales representative and scheduled installation outside the 3-day window. Upon installation, I noticed that what the sales rep had promised was not what was installed and I now had very large boxes on my doors and windows. 'Sales person' ignored our No Soliciting sign. Pulled up in the driveway like he owned the place. We already have a security service (said sign is also in our front yard). Would never go with a company who blatantly disrespects potential customer's property and is associated with ADT.

Salesman said I would have a noticeable reduction in my insurance premiums. It came out to 80 cents a month or $9.60 a year. WOW that's a real savings and part of their bait and switch gimmicks. This is a company you don't want to deal with!!!!! Don't let them in your front door!

We had a bad experience with Bulldog Security Services. We moved into a new home and we were going to transfer our old system to our new home. We had a representative from Bulldog Security Services come knock on our door. We explained we were using Protecion1 Security. He stated they were part of ADT and we could transfer our services. We repeatedly asked if they are certain they could get us out of our Protection1 contract, each time the answer was yes. He even called his "boss" to verify. We had the system installed... read more

Do not let their people into your home. Their consultation is a disguise for nothing more than a very aggressive sales pitch. The pricing isn't better than what you can get online or from another ADT vendor.

In no uncertain terms should anyone do business with Bulldog Security. They have consistently failed to provide me a working system for 3 weeks during a period where I have had 9 different appointment. They have rescheduled or missed 6 appointments, 2 of them being no call, no show instances. No manager or someone with the authority to compensate me for the lack of service and material wasted time has EVER called me.
