I will agree they are pushy! If you are in any way vulnerable or u have a hard time saying no, I would postpone until you are ready. I had 3 gentlemen in my home to hook my system up. 2 of them were on their first day of training. It just so happens my beats earbuds were sitting out when they got there and after they left they were gone. I've spent the last month unpacking and searching to no avail. READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE EVEN GETTING INTO THIS CONTRACT WITH THEM!!!!! Something we didn't do! ADT Bulldog has the most unprofessional customer service! I spoke to a Valeria who was the "manager". This 3 day window is ridiculous!!!! I've been waiting for 3 weeks to have my outdoor cameras installed!!!! This Saturday will be my 3rd time trying to get a technician out to have them installed!! I called wanting to terminate and of course all the reviews on here are true! They expect you to pay 75% of the remaining contract!!! ... read more

As a short version of all the details below, I was lied to by a sales representative and scheduled installation outside the 3-day window. 'Sales person' ignored our No Soliciting sign. Pulled up in the driveway like he owned the place. We already have a security service (said sign is also in our front yard). Would never go with a company who blatantly disrespects potential customer's property and is associated with ADT.
