Company is very misleading especially the techs that come out. Tell you one price then later after signing it's another price. So disappointed I can't even type the rest. Smh.
READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE EVEN GETTING INTO THIS CONTRACT WITH THEM!!!!! Something we didn't do! ADT Bulldog has the most unprofessional customer service! I spoke to a Valeria who was the "manager". This 3 day window is ridiculous!!!! I've been waiting for 3 weeks to have my outdoor cameras installed!!!! This Saturday will be my 3rd time trying to get a technician out to have them installed!! I called wanting to terminate and of course all the reviews on here are true! They expect you to pay 75% of the remaining contract!!! ... read more

As a short version of all the details below, I was lied to by a sales representative and scheduled installation outside the 3-day window. Upon installation, I noticed that what the sales rep had promised was not what was installed and I now had very large boxes on my doors and windows. After explaining the situation to both ADT and Bulldog Security, they want me to pay $1,300+ to get out of the contract. 'Sales person' ignored our No Soliciting sign. Pulled up in the driveway like he owned the place. We already have a security service (said sign is also in our front yard). Would never go with a company who blatantly disrespects potential customer's property and is associated with ADT.

Salesman said I would have a noticeable reduction in my insurance premiums. It came out to 80 cents a month or $9.60 a year. WOW that's a real savings and part of their bait and switch gimmicks. This is a company you don't want to deal with!!!!! Don't let them in your front door!
