Any company that sends two goons to the door to sell overpriced equipment and lies on the DAY a person moves in is not trustworthy. We had just said bye to the moving truck and these fools come in. I canceled the NEXT morning after I had a good night's sleep to think about it. A month later I am charged for services!!!! I canceled BEFORE the 3 day grace period. So now they are "taking" care of it. Come get this crap out of my damn house!!

Not trustworthy, not honest, not upfront. Additionally, they're not very knowledgeable on their product. I am not going into all the details about my experience with this company but I can tell you that I would not recommend them to my enemies much less my friends. If I had it to do over again I would personally use Nest and a close second would be Vivint. I recommend you check those two companies out.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE NEAR YOUR HOUSE. DO NOT BE NICE TO THEM. DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY SORT OF CONVERSATION. 75% OF TOTAL CONTRACT IN ORDER TO CANCEL IN 3 DAYS. 40% OF EQUIPMENT FOR RESTOCKING FEE. This is my first time having a home security system and I was a little nervous because of the added expense, but figured it would be worth it for the peace of mind... This company is terrible. They had us docusign a 17 page contract with tiny print saying it was a 3 year contract and termination would be 75 percent of the full term. Such a contract in and of itself should be illegal as there is no justification to recover that kind of revenue upon cancellation. Noone came to shut anything off or take away hardware they just have to stop monitoring. Furthermore, the sales guy sped us through tgr contract saying it was all standard and could be cancelled anytime. Now they expect 1200 dollar... read more

It is 2019 and Bulldog Security on 4 and 15 January still posts intrusive and unwanted red stickers on Houston front doors! We repeatedly called the number on the sticker to ask them to stop, yet get canned response replies and no callback. Please add us to your DO NOT SOLICIT list
