This company is terrible. They had us docusign a 17 page contract with tiny print saying it was a 3 year contract and termination would be 75 percent of the full term. Such a contract in and of itself should be illegal as there is no justification to recover that kind of revenue upon cancellation. Noone came to shut anything off or take away hardware they just have to stop monitoring. Furthermore, the sales guy sped us through tgr contract saying it was all standard and could be cancelled anytime. Now they expect 1200 dollar... read more

This Bryan Barclay Character from Bulldog Services showed up a couple days after closing on my new house. I was at work so he spoke with a family member. I was on the phone with this family member while the interaction took place. He was told we are not interested and he said "I've already spoken with someone about doing an inspection". That was a lie. I am the homeowner and sole occupant. I hung up the phone and called him directly. When questioned about the incident he began to backtrack. It is 2019 and Bulldog Security on 4 and 15 January still posts intrusive and unwanted red stickers on Houston front doors! We repeatedly called the number on the sticker to ask them to stop, yet get canned response replies and no callback. Please add us to your DO NOT SOLICIT list

It is 2019 and Bulldog Security on 4 and 15 January still posts intrusive and unwanted red stickers on Houston front doors! We repeatedly called the number on the sticker to ask them to stop, yet get canned response replies and no callback. Please add us to your DO NOT SOLICIT list

This kinda freaked me out. I'm home sick and someone rings the door bell. I didn't recognize the person so I go to lay back down. When I get up a little later I see a notice stuck to my window. I grabbed it and like many of the other reviews on here state, it's a flyer saying I've missed an appointment and gives me a number to call to reschedule. I'm glad I found this on yelp because I had no idea what it was for. The company seems to say they're changing their practices but with the persistence of these reviews, I don't thi... read more

Buckle up, because here's a story. I just purchased my home. Travis Shuck from Bulldog Security came by my house today to ask me intrusive questions about my home security system, gave me his little flyer, and then sat in his car in front of my house. I stayed by my front door waiting for him to leave, and when he didn't after 7-8 minutes, I called the office to complain about this creepy guy sitting in front of my home and to ask them not to come back, and because I refused to give them my address, (since they obviously alr... read more
