Worst experience ever, I flew down to make an appt at my house and they didn't call to tell me they weren't calling and the sales lady Lisa never even answered me once she got her sale. Worst service ever.

I am sure it is not the company, and just the individual, but I have never felt so uncomfortable with someone coming into my home before. Really don't know where to begin with this company... Feel like were taken advantage of by them. We bought a home that already had ADT equipment installed. Sales person shows up because they noticed the previous owners had canceled service. We have never had a security system and the sales guy caught onto that right away licking his chops the entire time. We explained that since the house already had equipment we didn't want feel like we needed any other equipment and we didn't want any out of pocket expenses right after mov... read more

*Update* After paying almost $2000 to get out of my contract I get an email two months later saying I owe ADT $141.00. I call ADT & they tell me the contract was never cancelled. I'm livid. The customer rep says she can't do anything to help except transfer me over to Bulldog Security. Here we go again, holy shit. I'm supposed to be working right now like these people haven't already wasted enough of my time & money, finally I get ahold of a "manager" named Valeria? She tells me it was my responsibility to call ADT to let t... read more

****UPDATE**** I called ADT to have my issues corrected and they said it would not be a problem to have do as I was asking. Just want to return the outside cameras that was ($1000 up-sale) and reduce the package for monitoring that I had to have to have the cameras. They then just transferred me to BULL DOG and after sitting on hold for 10 min I was asked to leave a voice mail. ******* (cant put less that 1 star)We were happy with our ADT system, HOWEVER we had an indecent happen and the System did not do what we were sol... read more
