*Update* After paying almost $2000 to get out of my contract I get an email two months later saying I owe ADT $141.00. I call ADT & they tell me the contract was never cancelled. I'm livid. The customer rep says she can't do anything to help except transfer me over to Bulldog Security. Here we go again, holy shit. ****UPDATE**** I called ADT to have my issues corrected and they said it would not be a problem to have do as I was asking. Just want to return the outside cameras that was ($1000 up-sale) and reduce the package for monitoring that I had to have to have the cameras. They then just transferred me to BULL DOG and after sitting on hold for 10 min I was asked to leave a voice mail. ******* (cant put less that 1 star)We were happy with our ADT system, HOWEVER we had an indecent happen and the System did not do what we were sol... read more

I talked with a rep on a Tuesday. Gave him my credit card number for a potential install. The rep assured me that no charges would be made until I esigned the documents. I did my research and chose a different system. I declined the to sign the documents authorizing ADT to install. I received another email asking me to sign the documents again the next day. I again declined and included a message that advise I did not want services and to not withdraw from my acct. On Friday an installer called me to confirm an installation ... read more

I would not wish my worst enemy to go through what we have went through these past 18 days. Absolutely the worse decision we have made to go with this company. Tech came out and installed 3/19/2020. He was very polite and great. The next day 3/20/2020 (a Friday) our doorbell camera stopped working. Of course with it being a Friday I couldn't get anyone on the phone so I left a vm. Never heard back. Then 3/24/2020 someone finally came out and replaced our doorbell. Was told he wasn't sure why the one that was installed wasn't... read more

This has been the most disappointing exchange of business that I have ever had. My husband and I signed up for service. When the installer arrived, he upsold us on over $800 of equipment but told us that it was the cost of the system. What he didn't tell us was that we should have gotten the system for free because my husband is a veteran and we didn't need all of the upgrades. When we realized what they did, we called but got the run around from both Bulldog and ADT. I would not recommend this company. They are deceit... read more
