Burcot Lodge is a lovely place to stay. My mother-in-law loved it. Everyone treated her so well and she made some great friends. She loved all the food and commented on the quality of everything she had. Thank you to everyone.
Beautiful grounds, the lodge was well looked after, lovely staff. My dad enjoyed his stay and the food. He was safe, well looked after and treated with dignity.

My mother has had a very enjoyable stay here. Each and everyone has treated mum with the utmost respect and kindness. She has had a very happy stay and has appreciated all that has been done for her.
The Lodge is very spacious and well presented and decorated. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly with delightful and respectful staff. Well chosen pictures of the resident's era. It has a homely feel to it. There are different lounges and views as well as the terraced areas which will be good in summer. It appears extremely well organised and the residents all appear happy and relaxed when we drop off and collect mum.
My father-in-law stayed at The Lodge at Burcot Grange in January 2018 whilst my husband and I had a well-deserved break in Dubai. From the moment you enter The Lodge you are welcomed by the friendly staff and offered tea/coffee, biscuits. They offer excellent facilities, activities, etc. My dad has had dementia for 3 years and The Lodge provide excellent care. He also attends Tuesdays and Thursdays in the week 10-5 to give me a break, as I am the main carer 24/7. I can't recommend The Lodge any higher. It's been a God send.
A beautifully presented care home thoughtfully planned and decorated. Residents communal areas are welcoming and cosy. Residents treated with respect and warmth and visitors treated like paying guests. Was very worried where my grandad would have to stay but I have no worries here plus he likes it.
We have nothing but praise for this retirement home. The staff go above and beyond their duties to ensure that not only residents are well cared for but relatives are made to feel welcome. As a family, it is very reassuring to know that our father is being well cared for in such nice surroundings.
This was our first visit and we were very impressed with all aspects of the care provided. The Lodge was spotlessly clean, the staff were all very professional, kind and caring. Their interaction with the residents was a pleasure to see - we came away with the knowledge that our friend was really well cared for.
