The Lodge at Burcot Grange provided my mum with the care that we were unable to provide at home. Booking Mum into Burcot was the hardest decision for our family but, at every step along the way, the staff put Mum at centre of all the decisions. I cannot speak highly enough of the genuine and compassionate care that all those, who looked after Mum, gave to her. They were absolutely the next best thing to family. We cannot speak highly enough of Burcot Lodge and the care, compassion and support of my father in the last days of his life. Whilst he was there sadly for just over one week it was the right thing to move him from a chaotic hospital to the calm and supportive environment of Burcot. And the team never gave up on him, helping him live those last few days to the best he could manage and with huge amounts of respect and dignity.
