I cannot speak highly enough of Burcot Lodge. The staff are tremendously skilled and caring. In May 2021, Burcot Lodge were the only home prepared to care for Mum when her previous setting became unable to meet her needs. Their care has been instrumental in our mum becoming calmer and more settled and although her behaviour remains challenging as her dementia progresses. I feel we see the best she can be, due to the team at Burcot.

The warm and friendly welcome by staff continued throughout the two weeks stay over Christmas. All facilities and provisions were excellent at all times. Care and consideration was given, appropriate to each resident. This includes specific 'entertainment' activities. A first-class experience in every respect, giving both my wife and I an enjoyable experience in every way.

My wife became a resident at The Lodge in February 2021. Since then, I have visited her every day and therefore, been able to assess her care over almost a year. I find the Lodge at Burcot Grange to be of the highest possible standard, with no exceptions. All of the staff excel at caring for the residents and this is obvious on every one of my visits. I see the Lodge at Burcot Grange as a very happy and well cared for family. I could not have chosen a better care facility to entrust my wife to.

In the first instance, The Lodge at Burcot Grange is a stunning facility aesthetically, but it is the management and staff that make it a home. My mom is very well cared for at The Lodge at Burcot Grange. As she lives with dementia, one of the biggest benefits has been the fantastic, busy and varied activities programme and the genuine kindness of the staff team. It has been a sad time during the covid pandemic, with limited visiting for the past 22 months, but I have had peace of mind that Mom is content, safe and cared about.

My mother has been a resident at The Lodge for a year now. During that time, we have been blown away by the care given to her and that reflects on my mum in her being so very happy and settled there. From senior management down, every single staff member deserves full credit for the part they play in the way The Lodge runs. If I had a magic wand for where I would want my mother cared for in her late stage of dementia, it would be Burcot Lodge. The staff are fantastic - From the front desk, kitchen, laundry, to all the carers - all just so amazing. Mother is clean, fed, warm and happy. She joins in the activities and The Lodge has made a big difference to not just Mother's life but mine as well.

My mum is extremely happy at Burcot Lodge, having been a resident for 2.5 years. All staff are caring and courteous and treat residents with dignity and respect. The building is lovely and kept spotless. There are plenty of activities and regular photos on their Facebook page, to allow me to see what Mum is enjoying. Any queries/requests are responded to promptly.
