I spent half of an afternoon waiting in line to talk to a rep, because the chat rep said yes, you can buy a la carte items. Welp, not true according to the phone rep who didn't take my word that the online system would not allow me to buy just one 8x10, we went through the all of the steps only for to say at the end, oh yeah you do have to buy a package in order to get just an 8x10.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for any confusion. You may pre-order packages for your underclass student. If you would like to order a single sheet, you will need to call our Customer Experience team who will be able to place that order for you. You are not able to order a single sheet for an underclass student online. You are not able to pre-order single sheets, you will have to wait until your student takes the photo. The staff are very amicable and understanding and overall it’s a pleasant experience. The real travesty is when you go in to actually buy your photos. I went to take my senior photos, and in order to get all of your photos on a USB it is $1,000! The pics were great but that much? And the least expensive “package deal” of 8 pages of the same photo is $180. Let me start by saying our first experience was amazing!!! Our reschedule date was a disaster. They didn’t even check before our first visit to make sure they had our cap and gown… asked for my daughter to wear another schools!! No!!! They promised when we left the first session they would call the ATL office and make sure they had it for our reschedule visit!!! Dear Parents! Packages start $30! Scroll down to the very bottom of their website. Deceptive business practices, especially on the web. They do not list prices on their website until you choose a package and then they tell you the price. They don't mention that specific scenes are only for specific packages, so when you choose a scene outside of your package, you don't realize you can get a cheaper package... not unless you scroll to the very bottom. If there were ZERO starts to give, that's what this company would rate. I have spent over $700 for one son's Senior pictures and Athletic pictures, as well as $69 for my other son's regular school pictures. My Senior son's athletic photos won't download, nor will his senior pictures. I also ordered pictures for my other son, Ian DiLeonardo. Karla did an amazing job on my 2 photo shoots and gave me tons of options poses and made it a unique and fun experience highly recommended.
Zi did an awesome job on my cap and gown photo was super cool and made the experience super easy and fun and told some cool stories awesome place.
Picture is ok, but has a huge ‘CADY’ in the corner, which ruined two of the closeups. It looks like our daughter has a logo printed on her dress. We didn’t pay $1000 for CADY to advertise on our Senior pictures. Try to be a little more subtle.
Chelsie was super helpful in explaining everything so that we are ready to purchase our photos when we come back and she was so sweet!
