We stopped by for dinner Monday night, July 4th weekend. We knew it was going to busy and it was. It took about 15 mins to be seated & probably about the same amount of time for anyone to come get our drink and another 15 for food orders. The staff looked slammed so it was understandable. The kitchen must of been backed up as well since food took a while to come out. When food did come out, it was good. There wasn't anything to write home about. We would come again, just expect slow service.

This was a nice little café that was located inside our hotel. We ate here one morning for a quick breakfast. This place gets quite busy and we were in line for a while before we got seated. The service was really nice. The servers checked on us often. We both got breakfast items. My boyfriend got some pancakes And I got some French toast with eggs and sausage. Everything was delicious. The server was great. We ordered breakfast at 8am the food was terrible. Even the server noticed we didnt touch our food, but it wasnt his fault, he was great. The food came out about 2 minutes after ordering and that should have been a sign. The sauage was warm inside but didnt taste right. The biscuits were stale and the scrambled eggs were watery underneath with dark orange spots that im guessing was cheese they tried to take off? I ended up not eating them. This is the worst place in Reno. From the hostess being very rude to my breakfast was awful. I went there on 8/5 and the only thing that was good there was the waiter. He was trying with what he had. He was overworked and the food was terrible. French Toast had a lot of salt in it, eggs undercooked and bacon overcooked. I will never go back.

Waited to be seated for 10 minutes the gentleman behind me left due to long wait. I was seated given a water and waited about 10-15 minutes to be helped. The young lady that helped be was kind and welcoming. Not what I expected, not on my list of places recommend

I just left Café Central. I ordered my eggs over medium, but they came with the whites runny and undercooked. I asked the waitress if I could get scrambled instead because I couldn't eat undercooked eggs. She was not apologetic for the raw eggs and said she didn't think she could trade them out. Mind you I did not take one bite of these eggs. If I could give no stars I would. On July 2nd at 6am they served me toast that was molded bread. That speaks volumes. The customer service sucks. Michele or Melissa I think was her name was rude. My server Beatrice was on break and she yelled at her from across the room, where she was eating breakfast to come help me. Where is the customer service. The Row you gotta do better.

The server failed to take any kind of drink order. A member of my group has some serious food allergies and he wasn't remotely interested if finding out what they were. We had to hunt down a manager to make sure the kitchen was actually aware. The French Dip I had was supposed to have a garlic aioli on it. It may have been in the same room but it definitely wasn't on the sandwich which was bland. The fried rice another person had was good, and my fries were crispy, but that was it.

Dry azz tuna on stale bread that was supposed to be toasted. Yuck!!!! Service was friendly and the cafe was clean and inviting but the food is very low quality
