If I could give no stars I would. On July 2nd at 6am they served me toast that was molded bread. That speaks volumes. The customer service sucks. Michele or Melissa I think was her name was rude. My server Beatrice was on break and she yelled at her from across the room, where she was eating breakfast to come help me. Where is the customer service. The Row you gotta do better.

The server failed to take any kind of drink order. A member of my group has some serious food allergies and he wasn't remotely interested if finding out what they were. We had to hunt down a manager to make sure the kitchen was actually aware. The French Dip I had was supposed to have a garlic aioli on it. It may have been in the same room but it definitely wasn't on the sandwich which was bland. The fried rice another person had was good, and my fries were crispy, but that was it.

Dry azz tuna on stale bread that was supposed to be toasted. Yuck!!!! Service was friendly and the cafe was clean and inviting but the food is very low quality

Isaac F. (Food: 05.21.26; I ordered pan cakes scramble eggs w/bacon, pancakes nice and hot, eggs cold and over cooked. 05.22.26; Cinnamon Toast, cold would not melt the butter. 05.23. 26, order the Loaded BBQ Pull Pork Baked Potato with cheese and sour cream. Went to your restaurant last night with my husband and his friend. They ordered the wonton noodle soup which came without noodles and I ordered the Mongolian beef which came without rice. They said the kitchen was closing and they couldn't do anything about the noodle or rice . Why would you sell those two items and not have the rice or the noodles. And how can u eat Mongolian beef with out rice. the good thing about your restaurant was the waitress. She was very friendly and very nice.

Service was honestly the best part of our experience here. The woman helping us was very kind, attentive, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food just didn't have much flavor. The nachos tasted like canned cheese was used, and while the salad itself was decent, it was completely drenched in dressing and cheese. Overall, the food was disappointing and not something we'd come back for, but the service was great.

If you want hot food or coffee in the morning, this is not the place for you. I should've stayed at a Holiday Inn express

After a long day of travel and bowling before hand, we were tired and needed to eat. Went to cafe central around 4 pm, waited 5 minutes for someone to seat us. Waited another 10 mins for server to even remotely notice us. Waiter went out of his comfort zone to serve us. Food came out fairly quick, Food wasnt all that great. On top of that a group of people came literally inches away from us while we were eating. Typical rude people out there. Prices very expensive from 3 years ago. Would avoid eating there. We've eaten here several times and have been pleased however this last visit on 4/18/26 was very disappointing. The bacon was undercooked. The hashbrowns were overcooked. The entire meal was barely warm. The coffee was ok. The servers were great. For the price, we might have to rethink coming here again.
