I ordered takeout from here recently to bring back to my room, and it was a big disappointment. I got the potstickers ($14.95) and the buffalo chicken wings ($18.95). The potstickers came with only four pieces for that price, which felt like a complete rip-off--and they weren't very good either. The wings were dry and overcooked, nothing like proper buffalo wings should be. For what they charge, the quality just isn't there. Definitely overpriced and not worth it. I would not recommend this place.

TLDR: would not recommend unless you have a ton of time to sit around and wait for service/food. Came by myself at around 10pm on a Saturday. There was no line at the entrance, many empty tables and I got seated right away as the waiter took my order. However that was about the end of the service I received. We had a late dinner at Central Cafe on the 17th of July. Broccoli Beef and War Wonton Soup. Both dishes were okay but not great. Portions were good but flavor was lacking. What was more disappointing was the service. Our waitress Marie was technically sound, she took our order, delivered our food and gave us our bill. Gordon Ramsey needs to step in here and fix this place up. My order of Legacy fried rice was a legacy of disappointment---it was so bland, that even after sprinkling some salt and pepper on it, did nothing. Luckily they had some Kikkoman soy sauce to balance the flavor. I also ordered a side of two poached eggs, which was bland, watery and overcooked. Your online or over the phone ordering could improve. We ordered for pick up. We never got a confirmation text or anything. I charged it to my room. Still nothing. Then we got a text asking what hotel and room number we were as if they were going to deliver it for a ridiculous charge. My husband went down to pick it up and he waited close to an hour and they gave us the wrong order! They need to improve the online eats ordering app and communicate with a customer.

Let me tell you how outrageous I am. Here at the Sliver legacy, Circus Circus, and El Dorado. The Cafe Central is the only one food place that is opened after 10pm. At 1:45am I went order to the cafe centeral to try to order. I was 3rd in line waiting for a food order. It was 20 mins nobody came to take anybody's order. The lady in the front was nice enough to let me look over the menu. I really wanted breakfast. So I asked if we could be seated. I ordered the California omelette with hash browns and wheat toast. It was a complete disappointment. It was very bland. I had to put salt 3x! Dennys or ihop have a better omelette!! 0/10! Never again. However, our server was very nice. 9/10 for him :)

My family made a quick decision to eat here, because my son was competing at an event nearby and needed some protein to fill up for some needed energy. There was a short line and it moved, but not very fast, they had to clean tables off for anybody to sit. About half the restaurant were full of uncleaned tables and nobody wanted to bus them.
