Gordon Ramsey needs to step in here and fix this place up. My order of Legacy fried rice was a legacy of disappointment---it was so bland, that even after sprinkling some salt and pepper on it, did nothing. Luckily they had some Kikkoman soy sauce to balance the flavor. I also ordered a side of two poached eggs, which was bland, watery and overcooked. Your online or over the phone ordering could improve. We ordered for pick up. We never got a confirmation text or anything. I charged it to my room. Still nothing. Then we got a text asking what hotel and room number we were as if they were going to deliver it for a ridiculous charge. My husband went down to pick it up and he waited close to an hour and they gave us the wrong order! They need to improve the online eats ordering app and communicate with a customer.

Let me tell you how outrageous I am. Here at the Sliver legacy, Circus Circus, and El Dorado. The Cafe Central is the only one food place that is opened after 10pm. At 1:45am I went order to the cafe centeral to try to order. I was 3rd in line waiting for a food order. It was 20 mins nobody came to take anybody's order. The lady in the front was nice enough to let me look over the menu. I really wanted breakfast. So I asked if we could be seated. I ordered the California omelette with hash browns and wheat toast. It was a complete disappointment. It was very bland. I had to put salt 3x! Dennys or ihop have a better omelette!! 0/10! Never again. However, our server was very nice. 9/10 for him :)

My family made a quick decision to eat here, because my son was competing at an event nearby and needed some protein to fill up for some needed energy. There was a short line and it moved, but not very fast, they had to clean tables off for anybody to sit. About half the restaurant were full of uncleaned tables and nobody wanted to bus them. Service took so long. It took an hour from the time I sat at the table to paying for my bill. The restaurant was not busy and it was a table for one and I never got a refill for my drink.

Service was horrible. Waited over 2 hours at Bar side table. We ordered online and never received our food. There were at least 10 other customers complaining that waited as long as we did, never receiving their food. We cancelled the order. The other customer seated at regular tables food looked delicious though. Wish I could've rated their food.

HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. It just keeps getting worse each time I visit. My husband likes coming here specifically for the Legacy Fried Rice. Food was great, service was horrible. Had breakfast there and it took a server about 15 minutes to attend to us. Came back for dinner and the same thing. If you have a lot of tables, I understand, they had six and that includes us. Same thing for dinner few tables and forever wait. Skip this place, foods not worth it!!! I have been a waiter at a few restaurants and this is no longer on my eat list.
