Service took so long. It took an hour from the time I sat at the table to paying for my bill. The restaurant was not busy and it was a table for one and I never got a refill for my drink.

Service was horrible. Waited over 2 hours at Bar side table. We ordered online and never received our food. There were at least 10 other customers complaining that waited as long as we did, never receiving their food. We cancelled the order. The other customer seated at regular tables food looked delicious though. Wish I could've rated their food.

HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. It just keeps getting worse each time I visit. My husband likes coming here specifically for the Legacy Fried Rice. Today, we came in to place a to-go order & we were instructed to go to the bar to place it. Food was great, service was horrible. Had breakfast there and it took a server about 15 minutes to attend to us. Came back for dinner and the same thing. If you have a lot of tables, I understand, they had six and that includes us. Same thing for dinner few tables and forever wait. Skip this place, foods not worth it!!! I have been a waiter at a few restaurants and this is no longer on my eat list.

Absolute garbage food. Paid $15 for 4 tiny "empanadas" that were disgusting, that sauces were inedible. $13 for the pot stickers that were edible, but not worth it. We also got a Caesar salad which was just romaine, 3 crutons with a hint of dressing and the kids chicken fingers which were fine, but obviously microwave food. Total cost of $85 somehow. Never agaig. Anyone giving more then 3 stars should be banned from Yelp. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible! This place used to be a reliable late night/early morning place to grab a quick bite. If you're a local showing up from a graveyard shift be prepared to be treated like trash. Front of the house was rude and sloppy, never saw what the back of the house had because a cup of coffee couldn't be produced. We've gone from the Little Nugget to accepting garbage treatment at the hand of Caesars. Ambiance was terrible. Vibe was terrible. Service was rude and non-existent. Don't waste your money here.

Man, I really wish I could give this place more stars, but in every way, I was disappointed from start to finish. It was just after 10 PM on a Thursday night and all the other restaurants we tried to dine at were closed in the casino. Our server was Tyler. He didn't place the silverware on the table properly, gave us the bill before bringing the food, we asked for a to go box and didn't bring it and seemed unhappy while he was serving our table. I understand that he might been upset because was new years but he at least show some etiquette during his job. Food looks good, but BUT, the service is actually very unsatisfactory. They keep walking away every time we try to order an item, and they don't come back until 5-10 minutes later!
