Food looks good, but BUT, the service is actually very unsatisfactory. They keep walking away every time we try to order an item, and they don't come back until 5-10 minutes later!

They say they are open 24 hrs but when I went to eat because it was suppose to be the only open close to me it was closed or something not a person was in the place I even walked back into the kitchen and no one was there plus when I tried to call to see if it was open the number was not in service dont waste your time going there after midnight you might get food or not like me now I get to go bed hungry

Possibly the worst breakfast I've ever had. Soggy Ashbrown rubbery bacon and what seems to be like two days old sausage. The only redeeming quality was the English muffin and the eggs Services was good but you can tell they don't care about making sure you have the best experience. I asked for extra crispy hashbrowns, and they showed up and looked exactly the same as everybody else's so clearly the request was just ignored It is convenient because it's in the hotel/casino but the food quality is a 3 on the scale of 10

This review is solely on their to go option. This to go section is on the opposite end of the cafe itself at the bar. Bartenders were ignoring us when we would ask for a person to take our order. It was a weekday night so there were hardly any customers but we saw at least 4 employees. It's easier and faster to be seated and then ask for to go.

Very disappointed in seating. Had a party of 9 but were told we could not sit together because we could not split the check so we decided to sit 5 and 4. Ended up seating each party on completely opposite sides of the restaurant when there was plenty of room for us all to sit in the same areas. 10/10 will not come back! Also... someone in our party wanted poached eggs and the server said they take to too long to cook when they only take 3 minutes. Again, disappointed!

We came for lunch with our daughter who is visiting. We stood in line to be seated. There was no hostess. Waited for 10 min. Which seamed like forever. Once we were seated. No one came to take our order. 20 minutes later. We walked out. Funny they kept seating people but no servers. I have been in hospitality business for a long time. I have to tell you this is bad. No order or structure there.

Advertised as 24 hour restaurant. Arrived at restaurant at 6:45. Sign said opens at 7:00 am. Hostess was at her desk. At 7:00 she announced to everyone in line that restaurant won't open until 8:00. That is what the cook said! I guess the cook was promoted to manager.

We have been here twice while staying at the Silver Legacy. Both times we've sat in the bar area of the cafe. While the food is good the service is terrible. There was a handful of people in the bar area and it took forever for the bartender to take our order and that was because I had to get his attention. Rather than walking to our table in the bar area, he stood behind the bar and asked what we wanted to order. He never came to check on us or refill our drinks.
