This place has potential although the staff seem to be very rude. I came to eat dinner twice and the night staff is extremely bothered by anything we ask for. Came for breakfast and our waiter was very nice so a plus! Our server was a man named Jackie and he was sweet he added the 2nd star... food is okay but if the staff was more welcoming it would be better! Also the floors are a little dirty :(

I ordered a beef and broccoli to bring back to my room. The restaurant sent me a text saying it would take 45 minutes to complete my order. The food was ready five minutes later. When I arrived at the counter there was no one there to hand it to me, and I waited several minutes for anyone to notice I was present and give me the receipt to sign. Overpriced and rude workers. I asked politely to the worker, Maria, if I can order some drinks and her response was, "What do you want" and extremely rude to all of the colored people. Also, my one order of an egg looked gross and half eaten.

Hey it sucked so bad me & my bf felt sick for a day. If they even just followed what their menu stated for nachos then ok. But no, instead I got some disgusting (unknown) shredded meat plus whole pinto beans which I hate and weren't even included in the menu description or I would have had them taken off. Cheese and thats it. No jalapeno. No onion. No olives. No salsa. No guac.
