So we waited in line behind a group of four. They were seated and soon after we were. I then noticed they were never served drinks after some time passed and they got up and left. We were served drinks by an older man (he was African American, thank you to whoever he was for his service). But after that nothing. Walked up to the host during breakfast. No smile, no greeting. I had to inform him I was looking for a table. He grabbed a menu and walked to a small table to seat me, where I would be looking directly at the single person at the table in front of me. Awkward. So I made the adjustment myself. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE. A little overpriced, sodas were $4 if it tells you anything. I ordered 3 dishes. Total was about $70. Paid, left tip and went home. I check my account later and come to find out they charged me twice and on top overcharged me. A charge for 144 and another for 70. What is going on here? Really really shady if you ask me. Was just looking at the menu outside the restaurant and was waved to come in and eat by the hostess. Eh why not i was hungry. It was the worst chicken fried steak I ever had. Mushy and oily. The food looked and tasted like low grade dinner food. Pretty sure I ate fake box eggs....Also ordered the golden pancakes, not golden just over cooked. With freezer burn butter! Yum! Honestly ima keep it a buck. This place is 0 on a rate. If you glaze this place something wrong with you for real. Stale fries, hair in burger, flavorless chicken Alfredo ,Water downed coke, and the water tastes like tap water. The Place mid as hell + long wait time for food. Do not recommend!!!!!.
Very noisy... cant hardly have a conversation at the small two person table. Fries were soggy... the Queso was bland. The French Dip was flavorless. Couldn't really au jus.. more like beef broth from a carton... the best part was the well grilled Chiabatta Roll. Very dissapointing!
What I really appreciate about this restaurant is that they are open 24/7, but that's probably about it. There are no other restaurants open very late around the casino, so you'd have no other choice but Cafe Central for your midnight meals. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Over Fried Rice to-go around 11 PM, and it took forever to be ready. I was told that it would be about a 10-15 minute wait; however, I waited around, continually asking the staff for my order for nearly an hour. When trying to eat healthier and choosing a California omelet without the hash browns and toast you'd think asking for a small bowl of fruit instead would be no problem. Nope. Not allowed.
What! no garlic bread with spaghetti ! New menu not so hot. Try somewhere else next time.
