The Hispanic lady here, I'm assuming a micromanager, told everyone in our group that the tables were closed. Seemed happy to not have to serve a group of polite black people. It's a shame that most of these places here act so differently when black people try to dine in.....

Me and my partner went here to get a quick breakfast before heading out to the film festival. To start with, the service was slow, but was nothing to lose your mind about. Once we ordered, we waited for 40 minutes, if not more. We finally received our food. My partners Chicken fried steak came entirely burnt and smelled like the oil was burnt and the steak itself was completely saturated in it. My huevos rancheros was extremely strange tasting. Service is good and location is convenient if staying at the SL but food is really meh and WAY overpriced for the quality.

Horrible service.Food came after an hr .kids good came last so our food got cold.No cutlery they expected us to eat with our fingers Brought issues to manager's attention she literally did not do shit or apologize for the situation.She should be fired first then the servers

I ordered a Chicken Club online and had to wait a whole hour just to get my food. I got there 20-25 minutes after receiving the confirmation text to ask for a time estimate and they said 5 more minutes. Meanwhile, I had seen two other parties place their order and receive it 15 minutes after. The 5 minutes turned into 30 minutes and I'm pretty sure the only reason we got our food was because we kept asking the desk. And we were forced to pay gratuity. First their menu is small and they have time restrictions on when certain foods are available. Second, we had 3 breakfast entries with coffee and two mimosas and it was 82 dollars. Omg how can breakfast entries cost 17 to 18 dollars each. This place is grossly overpriced plus our table wasn't clean when we sat down and our server had a bad attitude. Do not eat here!!!!!!

Two stars for the EXCELLENT service once I got seated. Seating was a whole different issue- took at least half an hour and there were tons of open tables. Once I was seated, my waiter was ON IT. Alas, the food was pretty disgusting. I just got a cheeseburger and fries. Cheese wasn't melted, had a giant limp piece of lettuce on it (seriously looked like recycled garnish) and the "special sauce" convinced me it was unwise to finish the burger. If there was a Denny or an IHOP I would recommend going there but there is nothing near by. The food was meh. The prices were outrageous. The soda tasted flat & a little off. The food was ok. The service was nice & quick. Would I come back. Nope!

We were looking for a place to eat and ended up here. Once we got in line we ended up waiting about 15 minutes. They walked right passed us without even acknowledging us and sat others, only understandable because we were in a group of 5 but even then please at least let us know an estimated wait time. While waiting we heard 2 employees bickering about who was going to be our waitress which was pretty irritating.
