Fucking horrific service never coming again I wasn't even drunk cause I didn't get my beer till I was done with my food but I still managed to be pissed with no alcohol in me cause it was that bad !

They renovated this place, it looks way better than before. However today service was really horrible, too long to get seated and it wasn't busy yet, even the host didn't understand why they were lagging and apologized for the wait. Food order took about 15 minutes and food arrival took a ridiculous amount of time of 30 minutes the kids were getting antsy and hangry. The food here is good but service was not this time around.

I was in town for a huge convention. Got in line about 6:30 am. There were only three of four parties seated. Finally got seated at 7. Ridiculous that you don't have staffing enough when a huge convention is happening. Our server was friendly enough and worked extremely hard, but was very frustrated and even commented the management was asked to schedule more staff. Food is OK nothing special very basic menu. Service people are friendly enough. You can find one. They are understaffed probably a decent restaurant in between breakfast and lunch, but I do not recommend it for breakfast long long weights and very little staff to help very large amount of people we had to get her own coffee.

We came to Reno to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we saw Cafe Central and thought it would be a nice place to have lunch, we got in line and the young lady in front asked us many we were, she then never said anything so we followed her to a table. She never told us that someone was going to come attend us or she never even really greeted us. So we got up after she left us at the table and left.

I ordered the steak ham and eggs, scrambled eggs when the food arrived the eggs were cooked over medium and runny. I asked the waiter to fix the eggs and make them scrambled and then proceeded to sit and wait. We didn't like the chilaquiles. They were dried, the tortilla chip was not homemade and also tasted like old/rancid. Those were not chilaquiles, they were more dried nachos.

5/21/2024 The service was the most horrendous we have ever experienced in our 50 years of going to restaurants. Terri, our server, never checked on us, never offered more drinks, just kept ignoring us. To get the bill, we had to ask, which is no big deal by itself, and then she just slapped it on our table without any words spoken. We feel that she is in the wrong industry. She should not be in customer service, what so ever!! I was watching the other servers and they all seemed so nice and caring.

Somebody added $10 tip to my credit card receipt! I paid the tip in cash. Shady!!! Take pics of your receipts if you come here bc seems like an employee is running a little scam!
