They took clam pizza off the menu So disappointed 🥲🥲
Everything Overpriced. For example paid 25.00 for ONE ricotta cheese ball that really was one large ravioli; the same FOR 4 spears of asparagus and similar pricing for a little mushroom. Actually shocking. 25.00 should have been the price for all 3. The penne vodka was really a half size. Maybe a tourist trap. Never again
The shocking thing about my experience was food came out WAY TOO fast, even for a solo diner. I ordered my octopus appetizer and within 3 minutes it arrived (before the drink too). Not only does it make the whole experience feel rushed, but also not all food should even be possible to prepare that fast. It’s one thing for vegetables or pasta, which are often cooked in batches ahead of time, to come out quick, but octopus has to be cooked to order, and it clearly wasn’t and was pretty bad. Could have gotten better Italian food from olive garden.
Haven't been in a number of years. Used to love Fiorello's. Found the food to be average (didn't used to be the case), and the service disappointing. While I enjoy the food and the proximity to Lincoln Center, the noise level is very uncomfortable.
Very disappointed with the service. We were terribly rushed. We did not finish our salad when the main meal was brought to our table. We were afraid to put our fork down for fear of our plate being removed.
When I scheduled I told the service It was for a birthday for my girlfriend and asked to arrange for a dessert with a candle and acknowledge her birthday which cafe fiorello does. they were so busy no one acknowledged here birthday and rushed us out as they were busy. Very unhappy- no attention and service was robotic- nothing personal.
Over-rated, over-priced. Tables so crowded together, you h=could not help bumping into diners as you threaded your way to your table. Waiter would not commit to being our waiter until I went to the maitre d'. I ordered the Fiorella lasagne and was treated to a serving platter size dish, an amorphous mess with two meatballs sitting like cannonballs in the midst of a field of bubbling cheese and lasagne noodles, a dish large enough to feed the Ukraine army. We arrived at 5:30 and barely made it out of there to catch a ballet a... read more
