Unfortunately was seated by the door in a jammed packed area were there were 4 tables for 2 and 2 booths for 4; barely enough space for guest or the wait staff. The food was tasty but overpriced, dinner for 2 salads, a pizza plus tip was $100. I’ll be looking for another option, especially as no bread served beforehand.

I have always loved Fiorello’s and I will continue to go back. However, the waitress did not want to wait on her tables. I can truly say this because the table next to us asked one of the runners if they could go get their waitress since she had been gone for a while. She never gave us anything for our order, even the to go bag. Fiorello’s always has high class service. I’m hoping last night was just a fluke. We love you Fiorello’s!

overpriced. mediocre food. vegetables seemed like they were scooped from a buffet line. pasta and chicken were fine - but not noteworthy. drinks were average. the plates were dirty when we sat down. the waiter seemed annoyed we were there. the busboy hovered trying to clear dishes. spent a fortune and regret it. many better options. wanted to like it, but was let down.

Very poor service. Had to ask another waiter to wait on us. Seating was very tight. In case of a fire would be difficult to get out.

Restaurant had a nice ambiance however food we had was very subpar and our waiter was as lacking in customer service skills. He never came to check on us, was mono tone, not very helpful at all.

Awful experience! 15 minutes and no one had come by our table. Had to flag down someone to ask for beverages. Then had to flag down someone else to ask to order. Food took 30 minutes after ordering 2 simple pastas. At this point other people seated after us were done eating and receiving their checks. We were nervous we would be late for our show at Lincoln Center. I don’t believe we even had a server assigned to our table! Pasta was so bland it could have just been sauce from a jar. The food was not good at all. We tasted 2 different spaghetti and we didn’t like any of them. The salad was ok.

I made clear that I had a serious allergy To foods containing sulfites (prepared with wine) or with msg. I have been terribly sick all day. Unconscionable lack of serious attention either by the waiter or the consulted chef.
