It was a littel rushed and the tables are a little to close. The waitress dirty towel hanging off the back of her apron was literally in our food. Nothing she could do about it b/c the tables are extremely close together. Might want to give people a tiny bit more space
Usually, the food is solid. This time, food was on the cold side and presented sloppily.
The food was terrible. I ordered a Chicken Piccata and it arrived within 5 minutes. That is never a good sign. The Chicken was deep-fried (not healthy) I counted 3 Capers in the sauce. For this, I paid $35.00. Never again.
Juste mythique. La cuisine est savoureuse et contient tout ce que l’Italie peut offrir en terme de spécialités. L’ambiance est toujours festive et le service très attentionné. Je recommande a 1000%
This used to be a good restaurant. Food is now mediocre and very expensive. Everything is pre-cooked, not fresh. Have been here so many times. Disappointing.
This is one of the best choices near Lincoln Center. But the noise level with loud, presumably drunken, diners was so load and disruptive as to take all the pleasure out of dining.
Cafe Fiorello was one of my faves when attending an event at LC. This time it fell short? VERY SHORT. of what I expected. The Chicjen Parm was nothing short of awful! Shame Shame!
The service was AWFUL. I took friends there from out of town and I was embarrassed — out waiter disappeared. We asked servers for help, just honey for yogurt and salt & pepper, none came. I finally snuck away and asked the restaurant host. We had help for a minute and then they were gone. So much for getting coffee… Was it because we were 5 women? Or are the servers burnt out? Regardless, the restaurant is resting on its laurels.
I have such fond memories of Cafe Fiorello over the years but sadly yesterdays meal did not bring them back. Our server seemed to forget we were there, the artichoke appetizer was soggy and our veal Milanese was sadly boring. At least the garlic bread was great! The only saving grace of our meal.
