I was very, very pleased with my service; Laura maked me feel very comfortable. She informed me of everything I needed to do after my service was completed. She has a very pleasant personality. That's a PLUS! I cannot stop talking about my experience with my husband. I'm trying to get him started. Thanks
Dr. Gerald correctly and quickly diagnosed my chronic lip inflammation as an allergy rather than the remnants of a prior severe, chronic infection despite my skepticism. The office staff is friendly and competent.

I had lash extensions and am very pleased with the results! I love not having to put on mascara on a daily basis. I can just get up and go!
The wait time seemed really long without any reason provided or seen. The front office staff is not to friendliest but not bad. We really love the doctor and the treatment has been great so we are happy.
The Doctor and all of the staff were very professional and friendly. Waiting time was a little long which I did not mind since I was reading a book. Doctor very knowledgeable and had a my rash cleared up within days. Would recommend to anyone who is having a skin issue.
Saw Suzanne yesterday. Had questions upon returning home. Called office, left message for Suzanne’s nurse for clarification. No reply. This morning I called again. Explained situation to person receiving call, she assured me either Suzanne herself or her nurse WOULD give me a call. NO call has been received so far! VERY Disappointed! Where is the breakdown on messages?
The person checking us in today (May 31 at 1200 PM, blonde hair) was VERY rude. We have never had this issue before, so this took me off guard. I am not sure if it was because we had a lunch time appointment, but she was NOT happy that we were there. When we arrived, we waited for her to call us to the desk and she just looked at us and said "Yes?" The front receptionist, last name Heath, was inattentive and unhelpful. It was difficult to check in as she was unprepared for check ins and was short in responses. She seemed aloof and overall unconcerned. There was an older man next to me in the living room and he had his ears covered with his shirt collar as the music was too loud for him. Not once did staff check on him or do anything to check on guests.
