The staff especially the front desk receptionist were outright rude and acted completely unprofessional, they gave me the feeling that I was bothering them and that they didn't want my business nor seem to care about my dogs or that I was a paying client. First time there with my new unexpected puppy. All of the staff members were professional, had smiles on their faces. Now it's time to go back.
Front staff are superfriendly and Dr. Ravenscroft is awesome. They don't order needless tests and generally care about your pet. Definitely recommend them!!
Due to a Family emergency had to left our Frankie. Recently moved to the area from Laguna Beach had a Vet/Boarding was a PERFECT FIT for our Frankie there. To suddenly leave at entirely NEW place- really going by just reviews - Frankie has some small issues felt concerned. I can't say enough about how great my experience has been with Calabasas Animal Clinic. I arranged for my puppy to be spayed and before I could get her in she went into heat! Well, I was out of the country so my daughter took her in earlier than her scheduled date to have it done. Unfortunately from all the licking she also developed a bladder infection so when I got home I was dealing with a recent surgery, a conehead AND a bladder infection! If I could give 1000 star rating, I would. Hands down Dr. Fowler and Dr. Ravenscroft are the kindest, sweetest, honest and most compassionate vets ever!! Too boot, their staff are equally as amazing! They have taken the best care of my fur babes!! Seen me without an appointment, moved patients around etc to accommodate me and my babes. Highly recommend them! Calabasas animal clinic 4937 las virgenese rd calabasas 91302 Dr Chezy ram was working the day I brought my dog Mickey in And he had to do a very intense emergency surgery and he saved my dog Mickey's life . I am very gratefull to him and his staff it was very A 2hr surgery and i know she almost died. I recently moved to the area, so I didn't have a regular vet for my dogs. When one of my dogs was acting like her ear was hurting, I looked on yelp for veterinarians that were in my area. I saw Calabasas Animal Clinic on yelp, and read all of their great reviews. I called them and made an appointment, and took my dog to see them. My experience with them was VERY good. This place is great! I always take my dog and cat here for check ups and I even get my cats hair cut here. They always do a great job and the staff is very nice. Recommend!!
