Update on previous review, nobody, not a doctor nor a manager ever answered my emails or phone calls. My dog has been a patient for 14 years, is failing and not one person responded to me! Horrible awful clinic! My dog, their patient is dying and not 1 person showed compassion or empathy to us. We have been loyal to them for 35 years, 14 with Sadie, I simply wanted to see a doctor to help with a plan and they were too busy to get her in for a month and could not even respond to an email. Do not bring your pets to this clinic... read more

Complete waste of time and money. They try to sell you services that are not needed and medication. Very expensive. Unable to contact the vet on the next day. Not returning calls.

Clinic forces to you to pay $144 deposit on top of other appointment fees which will never be returned. Never heard of anything like this in any healthcare or veterinary practice. They charge these fees because client retention is unusually low for a veterinary practice.

They have poor availability. Office staff is ruthless. My mom waited one week for an appt which was earlier than she can usually make due to her own health problems. She called the receptionist saying she was running late. They said there is a 15 min grace period so if she got there at 945, they could still accommodate. She was in front of the office then but our dog recognized the office and was pulling back on the leash so it took another 2-3 min to get him in. She was there at 950. The receptionist said since she was past... read more

I'm writing this review in response to Nikki D. Listen, you want to use a valuable doctors time without paying for an exam, then the person you spoke to was correct, you should go to a mobile vaccine clinic. You shouldn't ask the tech who you griped to about the cost of the vaccines and exam to look up the schedule of the unaffiliated mobile clinic for you because you are too lazy to. This hospital is a busy place. They provide outstanding service to their patients with real medical issues. This is NOT where you go for ... read more

Without a doubt, the most unprofessional front desk staff I have ever come across. I'm a new, prospective client, and when I called to make an appointment for my puppy's first vaccines, they suggested I go with a mobile vaccine clinic. I asked if they had any suggestions in the area but was told to google it. When I said I was hoping for suggestions based on the fact that they seemed to be a trusted vet in the area, I was hung up on. I called back repeatedly, but they intentionally let it go to voicemail (sadly, a very obvio... read more

I had my 14 year old cat there for the first time a week ago. He was absolutely fine, great appetite. I wanted his teeth checked and yearly exam. Dr. Wright forgot to have him weighed, hardly looked closely at his teeth and they had him in the back for quite awhile. Next day he wouldn't eat. He has always eaten everything in sight! I called and because he's eating chicken I boiled, they did not want to prescribe anything. Now they want me to bring him back to get him weighed and we think he may be totally stressed and freake... read more

I called to see if there are any holistic treatment options for dogs with heart arythmias and spoke to Ashley. I recently rescued a dog on the kill list. She was completely and utterly rude. Would not let me speak at all. She placed me on extended holds and after demanding that she must have records before I could get an answer she then got a vet involved when I asked for her manager. I asked can you please tell me in general if you treat heart arythmias? She finally asked the vet who said no they don't treat them. A simple ... read more

I took both of my senior cats in to see Dr. Watrobski on July 13. The technicians were atrocious. They returned my boy cat to me with BLOOD on his towel and a bandage on his arm and no explanation except that they had a lot of trouble trying to draw blood from him. They didn't even bother to clean him up. They were also inexplicably unable to obtain a urine sample. In the 28 years that I have raised cats, this has never once happened at a vet's office. My cats previously saw a feline-only practitioner, with technicians who w... read more
