I can understand why the fees were so high, due to the Coachella event… but I wasn’t there for that. The price was not w Shower was awful. Flipped from hold to cold EVERY single shower. Water pressure was off as well. Bed WAS NOT comfortable. Very outdated. Wallpaper peeling. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Staff and bar were great!

Fair TV signal was terrible. Flooring was peeling paint on cement. The whole place desperately needs updating. Great pool area right out of the 60's.

Although I appreciated the tiki theme, I did not care for the tackiness of this hotel. The lobby smells terrible. I would suggest giving those birds away to somebody who can take care of them. The entire room was shabby and messy. The pool was great, although a lot of the orange lounge chairs were broken.

We won’t be coming back or recommending this hotel Too old, the rooms are stark, not updated, doesn’t feel safe. The beds are terrible. The TV didn’t work at all during our stay…. We won’t be recommending Location is off the beaten path and traffic Restaurant and Bar on site Maribel at the front desk at check-in was kind and informative

The lowlight of our stay in Palm Springs Way too overpriced for what it is. The photo is a glamorous shot of what it is. A bit shock and disappointed when we arrive. Place is old and dirty. Walls are very thin. Can hear noises from all sides. Definitely won’t recommend to my family and friends. Location is pretty good and staff are polite.

Disappointing
Very Poor
Over priced . Not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend. What I didn’t like was the jacuzzi was dirty, the bar and food closed early around 830pm and was refusing service . The staff was rude. The shower water was cold I liked that there was a pool , jacuzzi, bar, and restaurant all on the same property.

It was a very expensive disappointment. The mid 50's theme was charming but did not make up for it. The 2 rooms were very shabby. There were no receptacles on or near the night tables for charging your devices. I had to pull out the bed and unplug the lamp. The mattress was horrible - the coils were very uncomfortable. The bed blanket was stained. The room overall but especially the coffee station had no plugs. There were no labels or signs about where to get ice or filtered water.
