I hated my stay so much that we left two days before our checkout date. There was a dirty tissue underneath my pillow, the water was milky white, it smelt musty, the pool was infested with leaves and smelled bad.

Need better customer service e will not stay again I called everyday 3 days in advance for an early check in. I was told would let me know morning of my event then told me it would be $50 before 12 and $35 after 12 pm. They charged me and told me other room not ready but a lower level room was. My point they should have told me when I called three days earlier! Not helpful pricey for what you get for sure!

Great location, fun pool, BUT disappointing rooms... The vending machines didn't work, the room was outdated and things were in poor shape. Lamps didn't work, we only had one outlet available to charge all the phones. Bathroom was small, dark, and old. Furniture was damaged, towel hanger was broken. The bar is fun, but the service is horrible. Every time we would order at the bar, it would take forever to get our drinks and it wasn't even crowded. The location is great. Disappointing shower water took forever to get warm, the window lock was broken, the room had funny smell location was nice, very close to Indian Canyon and Palm Canyon Drive, stuff were really nice and quick to help
