Awful hotel and disappointed with patently false ratings on Booking.com . This is a tired old resort in desperate need of refurbishment. Our first room was dirty and the shower did not provide hot water. We asked to be moved and the second room had no working electrical outlets in the bathroom / vanity area. No response from management who hid behind the principal that we had made reservation through 3rd party.

wouldn’t stay here again unless I see that the place has been upgraded beds uncomfortable and squeaky when you get up or down, room needs sprucing up like the old bathroom door sticks, refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it. very loud maintenance noises next door going on into the evening so we had to go to front desk and complain. each day that we did, they stopped but it was too much. location, pool, restaurant and bar, our room had an attached sitting area which gave good space for three people.

way too much money for such a dive. pictures looked much better than reality of the place. I feel like I was cheated. dumpy room. noisy, on first floor I heard, loudly, the noise of people in room above, and TV of rooms next door nice pool

It was ok. probably wouldn't stay there again though. I did not like the fact that the paint from the bathroom was chipping off and the room felt humid and had a weird smell also the bed was to squeaky. Staff was nice and pool area was cool.
