We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, however the overall impression wasn’t very impressive. I would come back for the pool a The hotel rooms were outdated and uncomfortable. The staff at The Reef restaurant were unfriendly and a little rude. The drinks were ok but nothing exceptional. I liked the pool and Reef restaurant. The grass area was nice and had a good Hawaiian feel.
Very very bad. Very old and the bathroom did not work so in the morning had to go to the public bathroom to use it.
Would not stay there again. Would not recommend. Did not feel safe. Left as early as possible the next morning. The the place was sketchy. The door jam to the room looked like it had been busted into and was poorly fixed. The door didn’t close without much force. There was a gap under the door, probably 1/2 inch, letting light, keeping the room very humid. The room had an air conditioner that was very loud even with earplugs. We did out best to enjoy the place, it needs an upgrade. I am sorry to say I was happy to leave. Greeting at the check in was confrontational, and I did not appreciate the lack of communication with the arrangements I made over the phone with Dustin, who was wonderful, helpful and professional. The front desk clerk insinuated I was lying about my reservations and insisted I pay an extra $50.00 fee for upgrading my room. We waived the upgrade fee at check-in and confirmed with you at check-out those are the only fees that were taken of your statement.

Poor Outlets in the room wouldn't hold a plug. The shower was terrible, barely working. The last morning i showered in the cold water even though the faucet was giving hot water. They had a private party in the pool area so we weren't allowed to use it. The party lasted till 1 am not letting me fall asleep. There was no telephone in the room even though we got an instruction to call the reception on an internal number if we needed anything.

it was a small room and a tight fit but we made it work, found a cockroach in the restroom and most of all it took 30 mi it took 30 minutes for hot way to warm up in the shower. And shower head had very low pressure also found a cockroach in the restroom nice decor room liked like it was recently renovated
