If the other rooms are like the one we stayed in this place is woefully misrepresented on the Internet! This place is NOT a resort! It’s a pretty shabby motel from the 6o’s with an Hawaiian theme that is not being maintained. Fun place, good location, badly in need up room remodel Rooms was badly in need of upgrade. Wallpaper peeling off all of the walls, carpet old and stained, old furniture. Would not stay here again without room update. Great location in Palm Springs - a little away from DT. The pool was super retro, large a cool. Daily cleaning which is a plus during the pandemic.
Some things are done well, but it's really not acceptable to dread having to use the room's toilet. The climate control and toilet are long past needing replacement. One has to get up on a chair in order to adjust the air-conditioning, and it's impossible to calibrate it well. I was freezing for much of the time, and it's dangerous for older people to get up on chairs and then have to reach up to tinker with equipment. I’m not sure we’d stay here again… Apparently there’s no nighttime security because there were female “guests” on the balcony near our room (222) who were arguing and dropping F bombs from 1 am til after 3 am. The mattress and pillows are AWFUL. The Reef Tiki Bar

won’t be back but your employees are wonderful. the loud music, shower handle is half broken. no microwave and when neighbors flush their toilets it woke me up. Jolene at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. she needs a big raise!! The food in the restaurant was excellent!!
Disappointing Not as pictured
Very Poor The room and sheets smelled heavily of the kind of cleaning product you need to cover up cigarette smoke, even after airing out the room all day. The appliances and plumbing made loud noises every couple of hours, which disturbed my sleep. Despite the January chill, the beds had extremely thin sheets, no proper cover at all; we ended up taking the sheets from both beds (we only used one), which was just barely enough. The place is relatively cheap, but not worth it. The staff was friendly.
