Disappointing The place is in disrepair. Bathrooms are tiny and antiquated, the small ac unit near the ceiling has a heat setting but you have to figure that out yourself. The water shut off for a couple hours midday, tv does not work, and there is loud, omnipresent piped music of questionable taste (Sinatra, Elvis, Andrea Boccelli). Also, the restaurant opens only at 1 pm, and you have to go foraging if you want to eat before that. It's a pretty property with mountain views and the rooms are spacious. Fair seems overpriced to be a bland room. no microwave in room . Restaurant was closed during our stay
It was just a short stay, we put-up with it. The shower plumbing, single water handle operates backwards. The shower curtain really doesn't perform well keeping water in the shower area. The toilet had a water running noise but we didn't notice the water running. The refrigerator door has stains all over it. check - in was fine, location was good. horrible first room they gave us was moldy, pillow stain with blood and no hot water . The maintenance staff offer a second room , with hot water but the faucet won’t stop leaking location
Not ideal, but works for a quick nights stay. Not very clean. Very squeaky floors. Generally noisy from anyone walking by room doors. Near “the strip” but far enough it’s secluded.
I was glad it was a one night stay several things in the room worked rather poorly and it wasn’t the cleanest. very small room, rather dark. very picturesque pool area
Dismal rooms in poor condition and without basic amenities the rooms are in a sorry state. tired, dated and worn out. no heating? the TV didn’t work and the bathrooms are pretty gross. this is a motel masquerading as a resort. An overall cute aesthetic let down by shoddy rooms
Fair No heat thru out, shower was extremely difficult to turn on and water got cold quickly on shower mode, toilet seat was loose,lights weren't plugged in, furniture was old and worn in front room, no warmth to the rooms Back yard, employees were good
