I needed a vechile to tow behind my motorhome. Scott checked his computer for available vechiles to fit my desires. He found one in Payson, and had it sent down to Phoenix. Jason took care of my paperwork, and was very frendly to deal with. All in all, my purchase was very enjoyable.
Jason was very professional and personable,he listened to OUR needs and worked with us,jason together with the leasing manager accomadated our needs and we happily drove away our new focus in a matter of a couple hours. Michael Kildoo was fantastic. I have purchased 53 cars in the past 20 years. It was simply the quickest and easiest deal I have ever made. My only complaint was the hard sell from finance on an extended warranty. I had to say no 4 times.. other than that a great experience. Highly recommended! Went down Camelback shopping for a new vehicle stopped by Camelback ford and was treated AMAZINGLY well. I was not attacked when i stepped out of my vehicle like the other vulcher salesman at other lots. Mike was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and needed and even helped me setup my sync! Very pleased will return in the future!
This was one of the fastest car buying experiences I have had. I spoke with Michael to make my appointment and he set me up with Nick (Michael was off the day I could come in). Nick was expecting me when I arrived for my appointment and took time to listen to my needs. Within an hour, I had the car I wanted picked out and paperwork started. Everyone was extremely friendly and the dealership felt very comfortable.
