Originally came in to dealership to look at trucks..Brian was very helpful in finding a truck fast for me that I liked and met my needs. Brian was really friendly and made me feel more comfortable than I expected to Be at a dealership. Brian made things very easy and convenient which my family and I liked. He did a great job! Tara has come to my house twice now to update my Sync system. I think this is a FABULOUS service that Camelback offers for their customers. (And something that not all/very few dealerships provide.) I have always had exceptional service at Camelback Ford. I have purchased several cars from them and have all of my maintenance performed there. I have recommended several people to the dealership.
Both my salesperson and finance person worked very hard to answer all my questions, and get me into the best vehicle to suit my needs. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful, and have offered to maintain that level of service for me in the future. That's a good thing.

My experience with Camelback Ford Lincoln Mercury has been the best I have encountered. The friendly atmostphere, the warm and sincere greetings and the professional yet efficiency style of service shown me from everyone there was so welcomed especially after getting off work.
