I gave the reviews I did because, Jordan VanRoyen was a good salesperson to work with. I did not feel pressured to buy, and he was extremely helpful in helping find a truck that suited my needs.
We truly enjoyed the sales process at Camelback Ford. The sales consultant provided ample information on the car we were interest in. He was courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend our buying experience at Camelback Ford.
Salesperson I met the day I was looking for a car was very helpful. I then went home and built the car online and got an email and phone response immediately. I was able to get exactly the car I wanted. There was a problem with the financing department but it was resolved quickly.
I like this dealership very much. They are very great to help you fined the car that you want and work very hard to get you a good deal. I like Jordan very much he is great. All the staff are really nice, friendly and helpful. They assist you right away and try to work with you and give you special attention unlike other dealership when you try buying the car.
We had a good overall experience. We paid cash and the signing of papers took way too long in our estimation. It took over 5 hours from start to finish - too long. However, we love the car and will recommend this dealership in the future. Jordan was new (this was his first car sale) and I believe with time and experience, he will be a good team member for your company.
When we went to Camelback Ford we had no intention of buying a truck. We went with the intention of looking to see what we could afford and what we needed to bring to the table. Josh did an excellant job listening to what we wanted,very informative during the test drive and helped to get the deal done. Needless to say we walked out with a new 2012 truck. I had never purchased a new car before and working with both Josh and Todd was very easy. They answered any and all questions I had and the follow-up has been tremendous! Follow-up service (tinting windows, "sync" set-up) has also been incredibly easy. I would recommend Camelback Ford and Josh and Todd without a doubt!
