Started by communicating with Michael on-line and over the phone. Ben meet us on the dealership lot and provided great assistance, which included locating vehicle that we were interested in, explaining vehicle features, and test driving vehicle. Ben professionally handled all paperwork, including credit application, trade-in, and new vehicle purchase forms. An excellent experience.

All I can say is that the minute that I walked onto the car lot I was treated with respect, everyone went out of their way to make sure I was being taken care of. My intent was not to buy but just to look at some vehicles but ended up purchasing a 2012 Fusion. The whole process was very fast but very through...the whole crew from the detail ship to the finance dept stayed late to get all paper work done. I recently went into Camelback Ford to trade in my car and get a more fuel efficient vehicle and a newer model. I worked with Eric Nelson and Tommy. They both worked quickly and kept in mind my price limit to get me into a reliable 2011 Toyota Fusion Hybrid with payments that were lower than what I was paying for my old junker. The service was impeccable and friendly and I will be recommending Camelback Ford to all of my friends and family

We are so excited and blessed by our recent outing to Camelback Ford! We originally took our 2005 Ford in for an oil-change and Zaktek reapplication. We seriously debated wether or not to take it into Ford for service based on past negative experience. The servicing was going to take a few hours so; we decided to look around the car lot to see what was new. I have purchased 2 F150s from camelback ford. The first I purchase was a 2011 Harley Davidson F150. I never though in my dreams would I be able to purchase a truck like this, not only did Scott cocuzza give me a great deal on the truck, Brent got me the best financial package possible and gave me great money for my trade which was. 2007 mercury montego to get me the payments I needed to be able to afford this beautifull truck but give me great pride in owning my first ford. My experience with Mike Kildoo at Camelback Ford was great. He was very imforative about the vehicles I was looking at and not the "pushy salesman". Scott and Christ were also very friendly and great to do business with. Thank you for the enjoyable time purchasing my new Ford Edge!!
