The sales part was simple and no back and forth. The only issue I have is about the financing. My rate was changed three times from 11% to 13.2%. I am not happy.

Id give them no stars if I could. Horrible service. Worst customer service ever. 0 stars.

Very unhappy with experience with overall experience. DT (salesperson) was attentive and professional initially. But overall, unresponsive staff. Initial deal fell through, and it took 10 days to notify me. I then had to agree to a new deal (higher payment or higher down payment). 21 days later and still deal not closed, trade in not paid off (and now late). Sent a couple of emails to Management (Dom and Cody) does not seem to care as they never responded to any of my emails.

Scheduled an appointment for 10. Showed up 5 mins early. No person that I made appt with showed up. Assigned me to some random person who looked overwhelmed. Waited 4 hours and didn’t even get my tires rotated that I came in for. Don’t think I’ll be back

Shady Dealership alert. Had a deal agreed too for 34 k OTD with salesman Manager starts texting me. Adds 2500 to price. The salesman says he worked it out 34k is good. Make appointment to pay cash next day. No one knows who we are. The car is no where to be found. A new salesman wants to fill out a new offer sheet. Bait and switch. Avoid this place.

I bought a truck from these guys six months ago. When I bought it they said they would take care of the registration fully knowing that I was an out of state customer. After getting back to Texas I discovered it was not registered. I called them and they said “we don’t do that”. After six months trying to get this truck registered I’ve still had no success. This dealer is absolutely terrible. I bought a used car here that had immediate issues and I’ve had to take it in three time to get it fixed. Each time they say it’s fixed, but it’s not. I still don’t know if I will even get a functional car out of this or not. And I was lied to throughout the process.

It appears that Camelback Ford has forgotten about customer service. It makes NO sense for someone to have to drop their car off, not have it even looked at for several days. Whatever happened to making an appointment and getting your car evaluated? I understand parts may take time to order, but to expect someone to be without their car for several days while it sits unattended at Camelback Ford is totally ridiculous, all for the convenience of Camelback Ford. They consistently lie to make sales and then give you the runaround and silent treatment in helping you resolve issues. They want your money, not your good will.
