This service center is garbage. First. I didn’t want to bring my vehicle back here because the last time I had similar issues. However they did not do a repair correctly and the other dealership will not fix their mistakes so we are back. It took three days to make an appointment because they don’t even answer their phones. If you select device calling direct you get sent to an offshore call center that relays messages and in two or three days you will get a call back. Bought a 2020 f150 with 60k miles last week before signing anything I heard a weird noise coming from rear I asked if it could get checked out before I bought. I was told it was the shocks and that they would take care of it for me. I've gone in several times and it's like they just don't care about it. They want me to leave it but not give me a rental? I'll never be returning for another vehicle from camelback Lincoln or ford. P.s I purchased my first car from there you would think they would want to keep customers

Lease is coming up for the truck and it's for my mom who isn't feeling like owning a car anymore at her age and survival of breast cancer, and I have a car and well it small for the lifestyle our outdoors. Bought a Lincoln Corsair and it came with a persistent rattle in the driver side passenger door. Since I live 90 miles from the dealership I contacted the Galpin Ford/Lincoln dealership in Prescott. They were very accommodating in trying to fix the problem. However, after 3 attempts the door still had the rattle. I was told my vehicle had Navigation and it does not , I am till waiting on my tags , going on 2 months . Manager does not call back. My brakes are still squeaking . I’ve been a customer of Camellback Ford 10+ years both purchases & service. I had an appointment with Julien Mendez. Julien is the worst!! Extremely condescending & rude. Needless I canceled my appointment and scheduled with another service writer. After I get my repair issues resolved I will not be back!!
DO NOT use this service department. Save yourself the headache!!! Gary Jensen, the service director, talked to me like I was a toddler. He told me he did not represent Ford but I really thought this was Camelback Ford meaning they are representing that company. My 2018 expedition that has been in and out of their service department since the day I got it was in there for a diagnosis, for three days, and I find out it is an issue covered under powertrain up until 60,000 miles. Raul was very responsive and not pushy. He answered my questions before I made a decision to go to the dealership. I was passed off to Josh who was ok. He went to bat for me to get the deal I wanted. He was a little scattered on a couple things. Could have done a much better job showing me how to use everything on the car. It took me awhile to figure out how to put down the third row seats.
