What a joke. Yikes. In the couple of weeks I have been communicating with the dealership about a vehicle I have been contacted by at least 6 different people, all with different information and numbers. Then today they had offered me a price on a vehicle and when I was ready to come down and do the deal, they backed out saying they “were only going to try to get me that price” and went backwards on the numbers. Do not believe anything they say. Verify with documents. The sales people were kind and friendly and got me a fairly good deal. The person we signed our papers with was not good. First, very difficult to understand, and did not explain things very well. Second, Both Sales and Finance assured us that we would not pay interest on the loan until the first payment. Stolen Floor Mats Last week, Tuesday morning, September 10, 2019, I had an appointment to replace the passenger side airbag. My brother and I brought in my mustang and it was there all day. I picked it up late afternoon and the car had been washed. Next morning as I was getting things in order, I noticed my rear seat floor mats were gone!!! Terrible sales staff Shaun and Antwione are unable to answer what seems to be one of the most complex questions ever. “What is included in the addendum fee?” It’s tragedy that I still cannot a clear answer on what the addendum/ accessories added are that equate to the added price.... Salesmen as such this are what gives car sales teams a black eye.... I recommend trying another dealership with a transparent sales team.

The WORST at customer care! UPDATE received a call on this review from "Chris, the service manager" at Camelback Ford who basically bullied me asking if I left this review, stating that he knows how this works and that he can leave reviews too. The level this has gone too is beyond unprofessional! I asked to speak to his manager and he stated that he didn't have one. MY EARLIER REVIEW! Not a pleasant experience Josh the sales guy was friendly and courteous, walked me through the process. One star review is caused by the lack of communication. Asked for a different mailing address for my plates and registration. Everything was set up to go to the physical address. Had a whole conversation about Gap being added. When asked to confirm, finance told me that they didn't know and would have to pay an additional $500 down to get it. Good tune up but unprofessional customer service We've been going here for 3 years doing oil changes and other car maintenance until I worked with Alan Tabarez. He was very rude, unprofessional and made us felt very uncomfortable. We will start finding a new place for our car maintenance!
UPDATED Intentional Dishonesty with Finance Update: Joshua Miller the salesman we had was excellent and we had a great experience with him. He was upfront patient and very responsive and attentive. The finance department is another story. On the night of the sale Art Berger came back with 0% financing through FORD and went on and on about how great that was not many people qualify only 1 in 100 etc.... Horrible Our experience with Sean was absolutely horrible. everything he told us was a lie. All he wanted to do was make a sale, he was rude he was dishonest and he just didn't care all he wanted to do was make money. I'm not sure how does this man works in sales when his customer service suck. worst sales person I have ever came across and this is a reason I will never come back to camelback ford or camelback Lincoln ever again.
