Best dealer experience of the many HyuNdai dealerships in the Phoenix, Tempe, Gilbert area. Low key. No pressure. Willing to negotiate. My first car I came to buy my first car and at first I was intimidated by the process but Mr.Brooks helped me out tremendously by walking me through the proper steps and advising me on the best car for me, so far I love my car! and I can’t thank Joshua enough.
Lesson Learned Positive feedback - nice SUV, good sales representative, delivered car to my house, 0% interest loan, taught me a lesson how not to buy a car in future. Negative feedback- lure you in with low price with all the discounts available even if they do not apply to you, have hidden fees, cannot get back a phone call from financial manager. Summary - will I go back and buy another car from them? - NO!
