Buyer dealer gave me the incorrect price which was higher than the correct one. The finance department doesn't care about the relationship with customer, they only wanted money. I will not recommend anyone to come to this dealer. Even I purchase a new vehicle there but really not satisfy. This is my first Korea vehicle however will be the last one I bought

Poor Communication, Bait and Switch, and Unprofessionalism We are in the market for a new 3rd row SUV and have it narrowed down to 1 of three makes/models - the Hyundai Palisade being one of them. Bad Service Department Ira Wolfson at Camelback Hyundai service department is a service manager that could have done things differently today and actually helped a customer, but instead, he chose to not agree with the customer. In my case, I bought a Honda Sonata back in 2016 from Camelback Hyundai and my skid plate on my car came undone about 3 months ago and instead of replacing the plate and damaged part they chose to use zip ties instead. Acceptable prior to sale, void of customer service after The salesmen were excellent prior to signing the documents, but the customer service has been poor since, being forwarded to voice-mail boxes that do not return the call. Misinformation prior to sale.

Scarring experience. I asked to get a rough estimate of financing over the phone and was told by two different sales people that "they are not a numbers person" and that I would have to come in. It was a ploy clearly to get me into the dealership. Once there I was thrown ridiculous numbers and I didn't feel like sitting around negotiating when another Kia dealership was being much more reasonable from the start AND working with me over the phone. Buyer beware! On January 14th my daughter and I went to Camelback Hyundai to look at getting her a replacement vehicle after an accident. We were helped by Carlos who was friendly and took the time to answer any questions we had. We sat down and negotiated a deal on a new Elantra. It was a pretty good experience until we hit the finance stage. Unprofessional and unorganized I purchased a car about a month ago from this dealership and from the get go I should have never done business with this dealership due to the rudeness of the sales manager Mike. He was disrespectful when it came down to what I would qualify for because I am younger and “would be lucky to have a 700 credit score” . Camelback KIA I had a great experience with Abeer Taha. She was very thorough and knew the right questions and answers to ensure that I was fully informed. Wonderful customer service and it's best to make an appointment with her. Overall I'd recommend getting a KIA for the insurance incentive is they're good cars, yet she is above board about everything and made my search smoother. Liar's. Don't walk, Run, don't even call or email or text. This Dealership is still in the 80's. Same old car trick. They are rude, they are liars of the worst sort and they think if they tell exactly what you want to hear that later, when they hit you with a number that is 4K higher than your highest price, on a car that you weren't even going to buy, (we aren't stupid, we have done our research at this point), that you will be so enamored with it that you will follow along like a stoned child of the 60's.
