Best experience ever buying a car Wasn't sure what I wanted and Amanda was so patient with me. She listened to me and all the things I needed in a car. Excellent customer service In fact my concern always is the customer services; I had terrible experience with some other dealerships; but with this dealership, they treated me and my family members perfectly, so when the process of leasing takes a little bit longer they offered us snacks; moreover, they were flexible for negotiation and came close to our target. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Does not appear to be an employee I walked into the dealership last week and this guy was standing by the door. He did not identify as a Kia employee. Just asked why I was there when I walked in. There was nothing the guy was wearing that said he worked there as a salesman. Needs better people skills.
