Avoid the service center at all costs. My car had a warning light to have the turn signal checked so I brought it in, they evaluated it, and determined they need to replace the turn signal light system, but they had to order the part and would let me know when it comes in. When they pulled up the car it had a massive scratch through the paint on the driver side passenger door. He was taught the old way of pretending to drive the vehicle you have interest in. Terrible customer service and lied to upper management about a verbal agreement. If there's X amount of good car salesman in the industry. Cory isn't one of them. Between him and Camelback; I'll be trading in my vehicle next year. Awful experience I don't wish on anyone.
This has been the worst experience of my life. This dealer is shady, unprofessional, and doesn't care if they skirt the lines of the law. First they say a part is covered and 2 days later it's not. But the fun part is they refuse to tell me who my warranty is through (my paperwork was damaged) and nobody will call me back to get copies. Will do anything to get you there. Really shady. Clearly has a pattern of telling people a car is there when it is not. Don’t trust the postings on here from this dealership like I did.

My experience overall was satisfactory. I first emailed the dealership about being interested in test driving a Hyundai Accent/Sonata, and Anthony Young (Sales manager) emailed me back (verbatim): "I see you are looking for Accents and Sonatas! Horrible customer and salesman service. Was advertised for one price and when we went to test drive it was a different price. Got it lowered and there were a few things that needed fixed (broken mirror, tire pressure light). When we test drove it we were only given the keys not the fobs. Finally went to pick up car after having the paperwork delayed and none of the repairs were done. If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. The WORST car buying experience of my life (I have purchased 12 new/ used cars from dealerships) 1. Be sure to KNOW THE NUMBERS! I don’t care what the market is like don’t ever tell a customer their lucky to be getting a deal and you’re losing money. Let’s not pretend that you don’t get bonuses from the manufacturer for how many vehicles you sell. The dealership signed a “We-Owe” to me of items that will be done after the sale. WORST !!! service dealer in the valley. !!!!! The 5 stars reviews must be from the sales department because there is no way the service team deserves a single star.
