THE APPRAISER IS A TOTAL JERK I SEEN A USED VEHICLE ON MY COMPANY DISCOUNTS AND I WENT IN TO SEE IT ON SATURDAY 6/3/17 AND THE SALESMAN WAS NICE EXCEPT HE KEPT ON TRYING TO PUSH ME TO INCREASE ON WHAT I CAN SPEND ON MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS WHEN I SPECIFICALLY SAID I COULDNT GO OVER A CERTAIN AMOUNT AND THEN KEPT ON TRYING TO PUSH ME TO INCREASE MY DOWN PAYMENT AND THEN THE APPRAISER WAS THE BIGGEST JERK EVER HE CALLS MY CAR OLD AND UGLY AND THEN GIVES ME AN OFFER LOWER THAN THE KELLEY BLUE BOOK WHEN BEFORE THAT I HAD GONE TO A D... read more

Customer service 101 Don't Argue with your clients!!! I brought my car in to have an airbag light checked and after a $150 diagnostic fee to just look at it, picked my car up to find that it's now making a horrible noise in the seat mechanism which is what they said is causing the airbag light. (and which was going to cost me $2,000 to fix mind you)...except that it didn't make that noise until I brought it in. Which means that they took it apart and did not put something back together correctly. The guy actually argued with... read more

Horrible customer service Had them drive my brand new 2017 Optima home and park it in the driveway while I ensured I had the best insurance coverage possible. Went to drive it to work this morning. DIDN'T START! Called and almost 5 hours later not even a courtesy call back. Shameful!

time Typical dealership experience. Advertise a low price to get you in. Haggle, haggle, haggle to get to a median price. 4 1/2 hours later you might meet in the middle

Unprofessional behavior on the part of both Anthony Guerrero and Marc Guerrero. Their mistakes, lack of follow-up, ignoring emails and phone calls made for a very unpleasant experience.

Not good Well bought my car last year. Had to take 3 hour drive to drive home went to use rear wipers. Guess what brand new car didn't have wipers Scratched my rear window awful. Did they replace no. Just checked my registration they charged me for vehicle sales tax. Veterans don't get charged that. Called their office today. Lady seemed lost on that. Never again will I buy there

Not the worst sales experience, but not top notch either. I came in knowing what I wanted, I had already completed my research and visited a few dealerships prior. This one happened to lie to my face the least (I think) and was the most up front about pricing that I dealt with. However, I had to say no to the warranty at least 20 times before they finally gave up. My trade was way undervalued so even though the car seemed like a good deal, it probably was not so great. Would not recommend Not only was the customer service poor to begin with, but the financial department is also awful. It takes days to get a hold of anyone. I left messages, and I never received any contact back.

They are lairs They had a car marked at $19,297 on the web. So we called to inform them we were coming to buy the vehicle and when we got there the price jumped to $27,363 before $1000 discount. It is still marked $19,297 on two or three websites. When we asked why the price increased the owner at the dealer told us "We can change price when we want" and they changed it an hour and half before we walked in.
