Excellent service from start to finish Carlos B is an asset to Camelback Hyundai. I felt he went the extra mile to ensure my happiness by taking time to know me and the type of vehicle that would fit me. Allowed to select the car and not selected for me. Outstanding care in the service dept. I’m somewhat new to the area and have transferred all of my maintaince services of my 2017 optima lease to Camelback Kia. I’ve been unlucky enough to have gotten a nail stuck in my tire twice in just the last few months. This dealership has been my go to since taking it in to get in oil change for the first time. Overall all was awesome. Everyone I dealt with did a great job of listening to my wants and needs. (Sales, finance ,deal maker ). The paperwork was made easy for me,and they made sure I understood everything thoroughly. I love my Hyundai Tucson and look forward to going back to the dealership for my checkups . Carlos, my salesperson spent much time with me explaining all the features of the car. He was very knowledgeable, patient and considerate of me.

Outstanding Experience Adrienne Frazer was incredibly easy to work with and respected my time boundaries as I am a full time working mom and did not have the time or the attitude to deal with a long car buying experience. Wonderful Service Fred from sales, was very patient, kind and honest and made sure that i got the best deal. Dakota from finance, was very good and honest with all the paperwork and financing options. Both of them, were very understanding, cheerful and incredibly easy to work with. They delivered:-) It was very difficult to find the Soul we wanted and be in something other than red or black. This dealership found exactly what we wanted getting it brought to them. We live at the Grand Canyon NP. Adrienne who normally works on the Hyundai side worked with us having pat6 with our pickiness. She even delivered the car with a coworker. We still like the Kia and are grateful to her and the team at Camelback.
