DO NOT BELIEVE THE RATING! This location is money hungry, provided horrible customer service and failed to meet their advertised price agreement. Raised the advertised price by over 9000, and provided bogus excuses to justify the change. I am active military, I live STATES AWAY in New York City, and to almost get swindled by a USAA and TRUECAR "trusted dealer" boils my nerves. These salespeople find whatever set of wheels you need. A few days ago, Camelback Hyundai Sales Agent Nikki Josephs, (Her cell phone number)(480) 625-5198, showed herself to be the most accommodating salesperson. Her and financial staff member "Tommy" showed me that with my credit score of 720, I could turn in my 2015 Hyundai Sonata SE with 35,000 miles on it, for a 2018 Hyundai Elantra with 300 miles on it, they would absorb more of the negative equity and lower my monthly payment from $550.02 I had been paying for the Hyun... read more

Horrible Experience Very upset with the whole process. Told to come down to purchase a car. Upon arrival, salesman had to drive 2 hours to pick up the car. I was left sitting there, tired and sick. No one offered me water and I had to ask. No upfront pricing. Treated poorly throughout the process and will not be buying my next car here. Car was delivered filthy and I had to detail it myself. Salesman never called to check on me and I had to reach out to him to get tint added.
Elantra The vehicle was not provided with a full tank if gas, bluetooth not set up, unprofessional language throughout the process, first service appointment not set up and i waited an hour plus just to get into finance when they were not at all busy.
Terrible customer service! Wasted hours and hours of my life Terrible place! This is the worst dealership I have ever encountered! Please see Yelp reviews! Waste of Time This is a dealership that will feed you all the lines and tell you what you want to hear and then waste your time with haggling and moving numbers around. Would not recommend this dealership at all, unless you enjoy haggling and wasting hours of your life for nothing.
Better customer services Marking sure that after the purchase the client is just as important as the time the were when you 1st approached them for the purchase
Poor Service, Rude Management I will not be returning to this dealership. I chose it because of geographical convenience and that was the biggest mistake I made in the whole process. I would have had less of a headache if I had gone to another dealership.
Ripoff THIS PLACE DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS.. This is one of the shadiest companies I have ever dealt with... they are a disgrace and are experts of hiding and adding fees along with rushing you and not explaining... that's how they seem to be able to get away with overcharging... Customer service is HORRIBLE.. you deal with person after person after person and each one of them lie and con..
