I received a written offer (which was approved by his sales manager) to which I implied acceptance by saying I'd be in on Friday to make the deal final if everything checks out the with vehicle in question. So thinking about buying a Lincoln, keep going do NOT stop at Camelback Lincoln! They treat you like royalty when you are in the purchasing phase BUT then there is an issue with your car and BAM there it is the plague! No ONE will return calls they shift you from one person to another leave you hanging and NOT a single person out of 5 that I spoke with today was of any help. If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and was very straight forward about wanting a used car and it would be used for traveling. There were things wrong with it and the Night Manager that night said and I QUOTE, "It's a used car, what do you expect". I should have walked out right then and there but they continue to tell us that they would take care of the issue. My boyfriend went back east within 2 days to see his kids. Before he even got out of Arizona, the car was back firing and a very bad smell of gas inside ... read more

Negative 10 stars!!!! The buying experience was great. Mike was awesome. After that it all fell apart. Finance could not get the down payment straight. Sent in the wrong milage on our trade that almost costed Us 1600.00 in warranty returns. We have owned our new lincoln for 2 months. Out of that we have only had it two weeks. It is a great car, but the service department has now idea how to fix a car right. We now have to take it back because when the wheel was repaired, they forgot to put the clear coat back on! ZERO STARS!! Fishero will try to upsell you on services like his life depends on it (maybe it does, I do not know if they get paid commission on service). All I wanted was to drop off my car to get a routine oil change. Apparently he found all this other stuff wrong with my car just by simply glancing under the hood. I've had my car serviced here for almost two years they have never done this to me. They always just take my keys, record milage, have me sign and leave. -5 starts .Bad bad experience !!!! At Lincoln dealership Ashley "sells manager " Terrible !!! They waist your valuable time , she never has nothing right or done , she withdrawals more money then she supposed to out of your account with out your permission, Very poor customers service , she stuck up and rude with her thinking it's funny waisting ur time bringing you back in forth and have nothing done -.- .
