First time car buying experience is something that is supposed to be something you remember good thoughts of for the rest of your life, my first time experience was not. Camelback Lincoln lied me to several times about things on my car and what was actually done to the car did not match what was on the carfax. Buyer beware. I had to get 4 new tires within the first month after I was told brand new tires were put on and they told me that I can verify that with carfax, lies the carfax report was lied. Fraudulent. I purchased a 2019 Expedition Max from Camelback Lincoln on October 29th. When we went to test drive the vehicle the low tire indicator was on so we had to take the vehicle in the back with the sales agent to get the tire filled. We decided to purchase the vehicle and after everything was said and done at 9pm we went to close the tailgate with the button on the back and it didn't work and was given 1 key. Horrible customer service. They will do anything to make a deal. Bought a vehicle in March, still unable to get plates in Colorado. DMV has no records of vehicle being sold. The bank sure knows. Unable to reach anyone but operator, no return phone calls. I understand Covid has put us in some tuff times, but really a phone call. How can I give 0 stars to Camelback Ford/Lincoln. It's all a huge mess. Called last week about a car they had that I'd been watching the market on for weeks. It was everything I wanted so I bit the bullet and drove up there from Tucson to see it and get everything lined up to buy it this week. Loved it, got approved, signed a bunch of paperwork, went home and finished selling my car to get the down payment together..... Seriously!! READ THIS ONE IF ANY. Absolute terrible experience. Go anywhere else, do not trust the vehicles sold here. Honesty is not a priority here. Called a week in advance to view a vehicle. I live in YUMA, AZ. The first salesman I spoke with seemed to be just fine and offered to send me photos and rough numbers of the vehicle I was interested in and I set an appointment for Tuesday. Camelback lincoln is the worst place, not welcoming at all, each worker is doing there own thing and not paying attention to the customer, as soon as i walked in the first thing i hear was the manager yelling at an employee for not wearing the proper attire, he then proceeded to tell him to go home and come back the next day ready to work, that was an improper way to do that especially not infront of the customer. Not once did i feel welcomed in that store will never go back

Worst Experience ....Would NOT Recommend!! I am a single mom that got laid off from my job and left without my work car. I need a car. I found a used one that I liked at this dealer. When I inquired and spoke with Leslie I was very upfront that I wanted to do most questions via phone to make sure it's a good fit before because I live in East Mesa and we're in a pandemic. Save yourself the headaches and shop somewhere else. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership thinking Berkshire would be different. Was I surprised...actually they played the most car biz games of any dealership I have ever been in my 35 years of buying vehicles. I needed a shower after being exposed to so much sleaze. After that experience I decided never to do business with them again... I recently refinanced my vehicle and have been trying to cancel my GAP policy...I have left many messages for the Finance departm... read more

Liars and thieves do not trust anyone from the service department. They will Lie to you and make up Stories for unnecessary work to be done on your vehicle to milk every single penny out of your pocket if they can. They will lie to you and tell you you could get the work done anywhere else but they only have the computer software system to make sure that the car is 100% done correctly which is all lies.
