I had to take my Ford Ranger in because of an airbag recall. I made the appointment for early morning on Thursday 4-19 and was assured my vehicle would be ready in about 3 hours. FOUR hours later I got call saying they did not have the parts and I could not drive my truck, but was given a rental to keep as long as needed till they could get the parts and fix my truck. This dealership and the Ford one next door are the worst. Don't ever speak to the controller! She's a total bitch to say the least. The sales people here will haunt you forever. You can't even go inside just to see what they have without being harassed!

Started out nice, lots of smiles, handshakes, and our sales guy John was very nice. However then came the promises, phone calls from 'other' sales staff and managers, even a call from the dealership owner himself saying he'll do whatever he has to, to get our business, promising you a great deal if you come back in. After all that and 3 visits to the lot we were offered a HUGE discount (haha) of $500 off the original asking price...via a random text...really? I mean, who actually pays the initial asking price? Scheduled appt 24 hrs in advance for 10am. Sat in waiting room for 4 and counting. Spoke with Ryan (a manager is all he would identify himself as). Who gave me nothing but the usual rehearsed Lip Service that some things are beyond their control, and requires parts ordered from other shops, and there are customers lined up in front of mine, even though my appt was the first one available that morning. I was cheated -- paid thousands for a maintenance plan, just told at 30,000 mile service that the previous owners of the dealership misrepresented the plan and I had to pay $600. Don't trust them

OMG ... it's like the worst "stalking" experience I've ever had. Jeff Kenerly was helping me put together an F450. Nice guy, I thought. When I sent him two emails saying that I had changed my mind about the F450, he just kept emailing me and calling me ... at times daily ... after 2 months ... STILL ... even though I had kindly told him "No thank you" ... twice!!!!! I even went as far as calling T-Mobile to see if they could permanently block his number from calling me. Awful customer service after the sale. Service department is run by amateurs. I can get a better level of service at Jiffy Lube. I can write paragraphs here about my bad experiences, but it all boils down to a complete lack of professionalism. I've sent detailed information to Ford Motor Co. I now travel 15 more miles to go Sanderson Lincoln for all my service. They know how to treat a customer who expects a little bit more from their luxury brand dealer. Normally you'd think if you purchase a luxury vehicle you'd be treated well and not like a number. Scheduled service and was told they didn't have a loaner vehicle so it would be just over 2 weeks out. I waited because I need a loaner. Received a call today confirming my appointment for tomorrow and was told my request for a loaner was never put in and the person who took down the appointment is only part time employee and doesn't always know how to schedule loaners (which is funny because I waited on hold for 5 minutes w... read more

Cannot believe this dealership. Bought a Navigator L a little over a year ago. GM was a friend of a friend, he has since left. Called yesterday to schedule a pick up and drop off for our service. We bought all the extras for service and maintenance when we purchased a brand new vehicle. I received a call back today that we were out of their area for pick up and drop off.
