I took my car in for the paint protection and 20,000 mile checkup. The ZakTek is supposed to clean and protect both the inside and outside. The outside was fine. But the inside hadnt been touched. I had to clean it myself. The other thing that really irritated me is the pricing. I specifically asked what the service included. It was already expensive but they added fuel system cleaning to it without advising me of it, adding $25 to the already pricey service. Other places Ive been disclose all
I messaged the dealer of my interest in a vehicle they were offering for sale. I was out of town at the time. The dealer did respond via email giving me the name of the contact person. Prior to visiting the dealership I emailed that I was coming to look at the vehicle and gave a time. No response. I arrived at the dealership and asked to look at the vehicle only to be told the vehicle was sold several days prior.
They drew up paperwork for me. Quoted me a higher price then what was listed. Then blew up my phone calling over 7-8 times a day.
Dealership was a huge waste of time
Scammers wanted me to give my auto up, worth $10,000.00 and buy their auto selling at 16,000.00 and end up owing $10,000 to them, credit or cash if I bought at that moment. I was born at night, NOT LASTNIGHT.
explained to the agent that i needed car back by the end of th e day he said no problem and that theyd have it done that same day with an hour before closing time well they did not have it done till 1pm the next day , i ended up missing important meetings because of his miscalculation of when the vehicle would be done
Service advisor was rude and argumentative about a part they said was replaced but wasnt 7 months prior. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CAMELBACK SUBARU IN PHOENIX AZ
I paid these clowns to check over a car wanted to buy for my daughter. For $118, they didn't even bother to tell me that the brake booster vacuum hose was shot, leaving my daughter driving a truly dangerous vehicle. These charlatans did offer to replace her brake PADS for $460; but, thank goodness, she took it to a AAA endorsed shop and let Honest Professionals fix the problem for just under $60. Steer clear of these inept bandits!
