The service technician kept my vehicle for 5 days only to tell me he couldn't duplicate the issue. But after paying the service fee and him driving it out from the back I pointed out one thing to him and then he realized in 5 seconds that there was a problem. How was my car there 5 days and you couldn't duplicate the issue though. Won't ever come back especially if JG is working there.
Eight people behind the counter but not one could move 4 cars in front of me from the driveway (in new car sales) into the covered service area. Was told how busy they were even though I had an appointment. My car sat for over an hour before they worked on it. The mechanic got into my car and drove it to the garage - no plastic to cover the seat or paper to protect my floor mat from oily shoes. Car was kept for 6 days for service, also some service items is not reported to car-fax. No proper wash, No vaccum and tires have mud. I honestly feel the oil is also not replaced since car becomes smooth after an oil change and it does not feel so.
Had an appt for recallheadlamp screw5 minute procedure that took 2.5 hours

Communication could've been better on when I was to get my car back. I had to call myself to figure out when that was. Dropped it off on a Saturday, didn't get it back until two mondays after that. Once I got my car back, I noticed my camera cord was unplugged, which to me is really suspect. The camera is for my safety when I'm out driving, but it was intentionally unplugged by someone. I emailed about it, no reply to that email since then. Ive had better service from them in the past.
